The manager of a West Bromwich pub claims his cell phone was stolen by a ghost. To prove his words, the man shows a video taken by a surveillance camera.
At 2:30 am, 30-year-old Ajey Kokhan came to the drinking establishment where he worked as a manager. The man sat at the table, studying the documentation, and then went to the bar to have a few words with the pub staff.
Ajay left his iPhone on the seat - at such a late hour the establishment was empty, and there was no one to covet other people's goods. Returning to his seat, the manager discovered the lack of a mobile phone, which he reported to the bartender and waitress.
The officers searched the premises, but could not find the loss. Then Ajay decided to watch the video from the surveillance cameras, hoping to see the kidnapper. But from what he saw, the hair on the manager's head stood on end - something under the tablecloth quietly took the iPhone.
“It's just crazy: I saw something grab the phone. At the same time, there was no one in the pub. I cannot explain what happened - my iPhone did not have the vibrating alert function installed, and in general it was turned off at that moment. Everything looked as if the invisible person had stolen my thing,”the manager, who was robbed by the ghost, excitedly says.
By the way, the next morning the man found his phone at the other end of the hall.
This incident is one of a series of unexplained events: workers at the drinking establishment say that CCTV cameras recorded glowing balls fluttering around the hall at night.

And a few days after the theft of the iPhone, the ghost dispersed altogether - it began to pat the pub staff in a friendly way.
“When one of us is alone in a room, we feel the touch on our shoulders. I am skeptical about talking about spirits and ghosts, but I find it difficult to stay calm right now. Even my dog senses that something is wrong and refuses to enter the cafe. Mysterious incidents led to the fact that one employee refused to work on the evening shift,”complains Kohan.
But the regulars of the pub seem to know whose antics it is.
“The bench from which Ajay's phone disappeared was a favorite spot for Gary Stevens, who died of a heart attack in 1993. I remember Gary, who was drinking after work, saying that this was just his place. Strange coincidence, don't you think?”, - Phil Lambert, 45, who has been a regular customer of the bar for 20 years, smiles slyly.
