A new expedition is preparing for the Dyatlov pass: 15 people from all over Russia, led by Anton Sboev, a researcher from Kirov, will walk at least 100 kilometers in three weeks and try to solve the riddle of the infamous Dyatlov pass.
- People from all over Russia and several people from Belarus will go with us. Many go because they have a craving for the unknown, while others are simply interested, - says Anton Sboev.
To achieve the ambitious goal, the group will take with them a variety of instruments for measuring the electromagnetic field, magnetic deviations from the compass, checking the effect of lagging or disappearing radio waves, as well as exploring the terrain with a biolocation method and conducting geological and mineralogical studies.

Among the tasks of the expedition: checking the "white spots" in the case of the mysterious death of the Dyatlov group, searching for traces of the presence of a relict hominid (aka Yeti or Bigfoot), measuring and analyzing the general physical and psycho-emotional indicators of the health status of the expedition members.
- In addition, we have a rather large list of requests from various scientists who do not have the opportunity to go now, but ask us to conduct various studies, because we will have a large team and a lot of equipment, - says Anton.

In addition to a detailed study of the surroundings, the group will keep a diary in video format. The footage of this shooting will then be included in the documentary about the Dyatlov Pass.

Now the group is actively preparing for the expedition, studying archival documents, photographs, maps and completing equipment. The research association "Kosmopoisk", whose members will also go on a unique expedition, filmed a short teaser for a future film about the expedition.
Let us recall that in February 1959, a group of 9 tourists led by Igor Dyatlov died tragically at the pass under unclear circumstances. Scientists put forward versions of the testing of secret weapons, the killing of the group by Bigfoot Yeti and even UFO intervention.
