The fall of the Chelyabinsk meteorite in 2013, which excited the whole world and brought a lot of destruction to the city, still continues to interest both scientists and ufologists, as well as other interested people, and the search for its fragments continues with unquenchable zeal, and, surprisingly, continues to bear fruit.
Another fragment of the famous meteorite, about two and a half centimeters in size and weighing fifteen grams, was found in one of the areas adjacent to Chelyabinsk named Baturinsky, the shape of the fragment is close to the shape of a bullet. The expedition, organized by the staff of the Ural Mining State University, has not yet been completed; in its process, scientists plan to inspect other villages and territories adjacent to the city, located within the assumed radius of the scatter of the meteorite scattered in the air.
According to the searchers, the remnants of scorched grass in the spring significantly increase the chances of finding fragments. After a comprehensive study of the fragments found, scientists plan to transfer to the museum.
