I will continue the theme of the Third Message from the Coalition of United Observers.
Let's think that this is the Coalition of United Observers…. What could it be?
Any sane person would come to mind that the very name sounds like an association of intelligent alien civilizations, which make observation as their goal.
Questions immediately arise:
1. Who or what are they watching?
In the message, this question is answered - they are currently observing humanity. Rather, for the inhabitants of the Earth.
2. Why are we so interesting for them to observe?
In the message of KOH, they make it clear unambiguously that they are waiting for us to get wiser. Rather, we will understand. Let's understand that we must change our thinking and develop further. Let's understand that we can join this Coalition ourselves and become Observers.

From this we can conclude that there are several organizations in the Cosmos that are closely interested in the planet Earth, or rather in its inhabitants, and even more correctly in us. But their interests are completely different. And as can be seen from the text of the Message, all races and extraterrestrial organizations consider us as a Race of limited intelligence. Or even they have a dispute about whether our Race is intelligent or not. But the answer to this dispute can determine our fate.
So, from the text of the Message, we can conclude that the Organization that sent us this Message does not wish us harm.
Based on the history of contacts with alien forms of intelligence, this is a very important conclusion.
It remains only to find out - who are they? Our invisible patrons are observers. And what can we know about them?
I quote verbatim the text of KOH:
1. “KON does not stay away from contacts with Humanity and its individual representatives to discuss any issues and to provide positive assistance in any problems of a private nature. But the main purpose of this appeal is to warn about the danger threatening Mankind and to offer Mankind to join the Coalition. The Charter of the Coalition and a description of its structure and activities can be transferred to Humanity for familiarization without any additional conditions at its first request, promulgated by the government of any of the four largest states or the Secretariat of the League of Nations."
KOH protects humanity from threats that humanity is not able to cope with by humanity itself, and this will continue until humanity decides to join the KOH or not.
It reminds me of the words of Jesus Christ in the Bible "Determine by the fruits of their deeds"

I processed this photo, namely: I increased it to the possible size, added contrast and brightness, and I got such an image. And I got this image (Photo # 2 in the download). Here we see how square UFOs surrounded the meteorite and destroy it. Pay attention to the light sources of the ships. They look like shoes. Using the right of the editor and processor of this photo, I named it the Square "Slipper", since the light source on the ships resembles a footprint from a shoe.

This makes it possible to examine the ships themselves. Photo - 3 (photo in order No. 3) we see in this photo the main ship - which is engaged in the destruction of the meteorite.

In this photo, they are destroying a meteorite. But they have a lot to do. And many publications will be devoted to them. We, the Earthlings, should really say "Thank you" to them, as they guard us and block the threat from Space, whatever it may be.
Let's not forget that this is only one type of Observer Squad Coalition ships, they just do their job on Earth.
On my own behalf, I want to say that after investigating these cases, the words from the Bible of Jesus Christ “Judge by the fruits of their deeds” come to my mind.
It turns out as it is written in the Message of KOH: "KON does not stay away from contacts with Humanity and its individual representatives to discuss any issues and to provide positive assistance in any problems of a private nature."
