The results of scientific research unequivocally indicate that many people can have lucid dreams and are even able to influence this process to one degree or another. The study involved 169 people, and on each of them the scientist tested his own developments:

- Reality check. The subject had to check regularly to see if he was actually awake.

- MILD - Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreaming. Test participants had to wake up 5 hours later to say, "The next time I sleep, I will be aware of everything I dream." Practitioners of this method have a clear idea of what it is like to control dreams.

Dr. Aspie reports that the isolated reality check has not produced tangible results. Success was noted in a group that practiced this method with MILD. 53% of the participants had lucid dreams, and 17% of them achieved what they wanted every night. The scientist reported that this is a very good result, and it is significantly higher than in other similar studies.

Interestingly, about 55% of people are able to induce lucid dreams on their own, without any practice and intervention, only such dreams occur quite rarely throughout their lives.
