For several years, strange objects of bizarre shape periodically appear in the sky over Kaliningrad. On 16.12 a similar UFO was captured by E. Krivtsov over Moskovsky Prospekt. The UFO looked like a seashell with a white substance inside it. Some compare such anomalies with ghosts, others argue that these are forms of alien life. Ufologists received a lot of photographs from residents of Kaliningrad, but could not finally determine what is depicted on them. The light substance is more like a smoke or a clot of plasma.
Ufologist, a resident of Kaliningrad O. Kholodenko is sure that "NABO" - unidentified anomalous biological objects - appear in the sky over the city. This term was first used by Spanish ufologists less than 10 years ago. Now it denotes all anomalies of natural origin that science cannot yet explain.
By the way, only those anomalies that have no structure can be called "NABO". For comparison, a UFO is a flying machine made by a person or some other creature. Such objects have a form, structure, design. "NABO", in turn, are often formless, light, vague.
