Sarah Murphy, a 33-year-old Irish resident, traveled with her family from Cork to Burfast last weekend.

The woman intended to rest and have a good time. walking to local attractions, one of which is the abandoned prison Crumlin Road Gaol.

Tourist tours cover Wing C, and the rest of the prison is closed to tourists.

Sarah, however, wanted to see things that are not shown to tourists, so she made her way to the entrance to Wing B alone and took some pictures there.

This is not the first time ghosts have been photographed at Crumlin Road Gaol.

In 2016, another female tourist, Karel Foster, filmed an empty corridor with cameras. She took two pictures in a row, and then in one she saw the head of a ghost in the doorway, and in the second, taken a split second later, a whitish long "body" of a ghost.

According to Foster, the ghost, judging by its size, looks like the ghost of a child, possibly a girl.

The woman also said that while taking these photos, she felt unpleasant cold and "something strange" in this place.

The prison was closed in 1996, and before that in the 20th century, especially dangerous criminals, including IRA terrorists, were kept in it. 17 executions were also carried out on the territory of the prison.

During the Victorian era, this gloomy prison was often imprisoned for children from poor families who traded in stealing food or clothes.

Children were held in the same harsh conditions as adults, and they were rumored to have been abused by other prisoners. The most scandalous incident occurred in 1858 when 13-year-old Patrick Magee hanged himself in a cell after being bullied.

The guides say that they regularly see the ghosts of two children - a girl and a boy. The boy is probably Patrick, and the girl is some Isabelle.
