A 91-year-old woman from the Polish city of Ostrow Lubelski, Janina Kolkiewicz, was resurrected after 11 hours in the morgue. The relatives, shocked by this event, said that she did not remember how she lay in the refrigerator for the corpses. Returning home, the first thing the elderly woman asked for was hot tea, writes Mirror.
The employees of the morgue were also quite surprised when the black bag, in which they had put the "dead" pensioner, suddenly moved.
“I was sure she was dead. Her heart was not beating, she was not breathing. She had no pulse either. I drew up a death certificate, after which Kolkevich's body was taken to the morgue. I can't imagine how I could have been so wrong,”said doctor Wieslawa Czyz.
The police are currently investigating the incident. It is possible that doctors who misdiagnosed an elderly woman will be held criminally liable. This is not the first time that the "dead" have suddenly awakened. So, in July, a three-year-old girl from the Philippines was resurrected at her own funeral.
