New York Post: Zheng Qiaozhi (hereinafter we will call him George) still cannot sleep properly due to nightmares - memories of his internship at Shenyang General Hospital in China when he was called up to be part of the recovery team organs.

The prisoner was brought, laid on the table and tied hand and foot. The army doctor cut him open from chest to groin, pulled his intestines aside and exposed his kidneys. “Cut the veins and arteries,” he told his shocked intern. George did as he was told. Blood gushed everywhere. The kidneys were placed in an organ transplant container.

The doctor then ordered George to remove the man's eyeballs. Hearing this, the dying but conscious prisoner looked at him with obvious horror, and George froze. “I can't do this,” he told the doctor. Then the doctor himself took the instruments and removed the man's eyeballs.

George was so shocked by what he saw that he soon quit his job at the hospital and returned home. Later, fearing that he might become the next victim of the Chinese organ transplant business, he fled to Canada and took on a new identity.

Experts estimate that 60,000 to 100,000 organs are transplanted in China every year. Multiply that number by the cost of a liver transplant ($ 170,000) or a kidney transplant ($ 130,000), and the result is $ 10–20 billion.

And where do these hundreds of thousands of organs come from? George was not told about the origin of the young man, whose kidneys he had removed by order. The only thing he knew was that the man he had killed was 18 years old and he was absolutely healthy.

Many experts, such as Ethan Gutmann, author of several books on the subject, believe that the vast majority of organs are taken from dissidents by the Chinese.

One particularly rich source of fresh organs for the transplant industry in China in recent years has been the Falun Gong movement, which was declared a heretical Buddhist sect in 1999 by then-party secretary Jiang Zemin. Hundreds of thousands - possibly millions - of the group's followers were arrested and disappeared into a vast network of secret prisons. Most likely, these people are nowhere and will never appear - at least in one piece.

The Muslim minorities of China's far west are obviously next in line. Over the past couple of years, between one and three million Uyghur and Kazakh men have been arrested and sent to concentration camps. Beijing calls them "training centers".

Tellingly, all these people, when imprisoned in the camp, not only had their blood taken for analysis, but also their organs were carefully examined. Presumably this is done to create a database - so that potential donors can be instantly matched with those willing to pay.

Another ominous indirect sign of the slaughtering of people for organs is special airstrips that are being built near concentration camps and are most likely designed to receive aircraft taking organs. New crematoriums are also being built near each camp.

All this suggests that the harvest of Uyghur, Kazakh and Tibetan organs has already begun. China doesn't just rid itself of troubled minorities, it makes huge profits in the process.

Despite China's claims to the contrary, its transplant business is booming. And thanks to a Western technology called ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation), the business has become much more profitable.

Twenty years ago, it was possible to successfully extract from a donor only one organ - the heart or kidneys, which were immediately used for transplantation. All other organs, such as the lungs and liver, had to be thrown away because they were deprived of oxygen for too long to be used.

The victims are now placed in a special ECMO system, which is an artificial heart and lungs. As a result, the organs persist long enough to be harvested.

Before ECMO, several donor organs cost about $ 250,000. Now with the help of ECMO it is possible to extract any organ, even skin, so the “extraction” of transplantologists costs two to three times more. Such is the terrifying reality: the ECMO system, which saved countless lives in the West, had the opposite effect in China: it hastened the killing of innocent people.

In recent years, China has made colossal efforts to hide these crimes from international control. In January 2015, the government announced that it would only use organs from voluntary civilian donors and that the use of organs from executed prisoners would be prohibited.

They even published statistics to prove it. They showed a straightforward increase in "voluntary" organ donations, but such an ideal statistical picture could only be fabricated.

Although even the "official" number of voluntary donors in China has increased to only 6,000 by 2018, which is too small to supply the many tens of thousands of organs actually transplanted this year.

Proof that the donor slaughter is ongoing is borne out by the surprisingly short waiting times for organs in the country. In normal countries, sick people can wait for months or years for an organ to become available. The waiting time in the UK is three years. Waiting times in Canada are twice as long. Only in China, organ tourists receive kidney, heart or liver transplants within days or weeks of arrival. In fact, in some cases, patients reported that their transplant surgeries were planned even before they arrived in China - which could only have happened as a result of forced organ harvesting.

The world is beginning to wake up to the fact that virtually every organ transplant in China costs an innocent person's life. This is why countries such as Israel, Spain, Italy and Taiwan have already banned transplant tourism.

In the past, primitive peoples often practiced human sacrifice to appease the gods. It seems that the atheist Chinese Communist Party decided to revive these rituals, seeing gods in those who are willing to pay. Along the way, the practice of human sacrifice allows you to get rid of problem minorities and get good profits.
