This is how he looked 5 months ago. Sedentary work, physical inactivity, unbalanced nutrition led to a loss of shape - the guy got a round, loose belly, and the muscles were practically invisible under the layer of fat.
He decided to take care of himself closely, using the system of training according to the Tabata method, named after the Japanese doctor. High-intensity exercise is done for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second break. One exercise cycle lasts only 4 minutes.
By doing this for five months, the Japanese lost weight, lost 13 kilograms, and lost 18.2% fat. Now he looks athletic, fit, but continues to exercise in his effective system and adheres to a moderate diet.
