I didn't really want to write an article today about what I have been doing for almost three years in a row. I do not like various officialdom, enthusiastic speeches, speeches and press conferences. For me, all this is empty and devoid of any meaning. However, he could not resist, he also decided to check in.

After 60 years, the prosecutor's office decided to close the criminal case, investigate the circumstances of the long-standing tragedy, publish its findings and sweep aside everything that had been invented over the past decades. As part of the check, they plan to conduct a lot of examinations. Including natural ones. Apparently they will run in socks along the mountainside, cut the walls of the tent with knives, try to get out of it with the whole crowd. Scientists of different specialties will also be attracted to experiments. In particular, they will check the versions of an avalanche, the movement of the snow mass (Rakitin's version), psychologists and other important specialists.
To my surprise, the prosecutor very confidently said that there was no crime on the pass, this was proved by the investigation conducted by the prosecutor Tempalov. Allegedly, today there is no reason not to believe the conclusions of the prosecutor made in 1959. The prosecutor's office also denies all man-made versions of the death of tourists. It seems to me that this alone casts doubt on the objectivity of this event. Remarks in defense of the prosecutor's office investigator Ivanov and the prosecutor Tempalov only confirmed my doubts. How is it possible to deny and refute something, if the criminal case itself was drawn up with such gross errors? And the date of the institution of the criminal case is indicated there for February 6 (!) 1959, and the interrogation of the first witness was given on the same date. By the way, the Sverdlovsk prosecutor did not even say a word on this topic. But he talked for a very long time,that the sensational document found by the researcher Oleg Arkhipov was written on the basis of an erroneous date. They established it for sure. True, I established this even earlier, only with other reasons. It is a pity that I deleted the article from "Kont". But a copy of my material remained: (it's sad that they copied it without indicating my authorship).
It seems to me that the prosecutor's office is trying to defend (figuratively speaking) the honor of the uniform. After all, Tempalov and investigator Ivanov were honored workers of the RSFSR prosecutor's office. And although the criminal case was written in such a way that it had to be sent for further investigation back then in 1959, by and large there were no mistakes in it. Nobody killed the group. There were no man-made disasters there. But a banal conflict that grew into a murder took place for sure. In principle, I will not argue, since this is the version I recently proposed here. Well, an avalanche, with a movement of snow, could also have a right to exist. The worst thing is that it is these versions that they want to check as priority ones. It is clear that after such a check (and I have no doubt that it will be very fast) all other versions will be outlawed. Thus, it will be impossible to challenge the results of the investigation. Since all conclusions will be legally correct, confirmed by experts in all the necessary specialties.
What's going on now? They remove the possibility of the most natural cause of the death of the group, the criminal version. And although it is proved by various documents, photographs, testimonies of various people (given even decades after the tragedy), the prosecutor's office refuses to verify this evidence. Why is it clear? Esprit de corps. Could the honored employee of the prosecutor's office hide something, or carry out an order from Sverdlovsk? Therefore, they will not check anything either. This is a significant minus, which will only give rise to another wave of speculation. And it will also give rise to well-deserved suspicions in such an investigation. Wasn't it possible to check all versions? Why was it necessary to sweep aside something in advance? Although it is already clear why this was all done.
Regarding the fact that they immediately refuse to check the man-made causes of the death of the group. Everything is also very clear. Apparently, some of the military facilities on the pass (or nearby) have survived and even function. To start checking the data means to reveal some kind of military secret. Nobody will voluntarily take such a risk, of course. That is why they simply do not plan to check anything.
The prosecutor denies that there is a secret part of the criminal case. Allegedly, no one is hiding anything. And this also raises certain questions. If there is nothing secret, then where are the photographs of the corpses of a group of tourists in the morgue? And not just in the morgue, but without clothes? Let me remind you that there are only two such photos. These are photographs of Semyon Zolotarev and Lyudmila Dubinina. Where are the others? Why are there traces of beatings and torture in the photograph of dead Zina Kolmogorova? Why is there no eye on the corpse in the posthumous photograph of Kolevatov? Let me remind you that there is no such injury in the descriptions of criminal cases. There is no description in the criminal case, and the corpse has no eyeball. How did it happen?

So, there is a secret (secret) part of the criminal case. It was not for nothing that it was secret until the 80s of the last century. Or there was a secret until it was discovered in the archive. But where she is now, now only one Lord God knows. And what objectivity are they generally talking about in this case? Where are these documents now ?! Will they tell us this or will they not consider it necessary again, as they always did?
Output. I think today, on the anniversary of the tragedy, it was decided to bury the secret of the death of the Dyatlov group. I do not believe in the modern prosecutor's office. If under the USSR no one was able to establish the true cause of the death of tourists, then in today's Russia no one can do it. Even if they are assisted by experts from all over the world, it will be impossible. The only hope is that they will attract independent experts and make the investigation as open as possible. However, all this is absolutely impossible. The prosecutor's office, as can be seen from the live broadcast, is not even planning any openness. This means that the investigation itself will be biased and not credible, from my point of view.
PS You'd better find the killer of the two girls killed in Uktus on August 25, 2018. This is much easier than digging into an old criminal case, tangled beyond all possibilities. However, here you have apparently no motivation.
