US police have arrested malefactors planning an attack on a HAARP facility in Alaska to "free human souls." The US Air Force's ionosphere research project has repeatedly become the center of various conspiracy theories, where it has appeared in the role of a climate weapon or an emitter capable of influencing the mental and psychological state of people around the planet.
The two criminals were arrested by employees of the sheriff's office in Coffey County, Georgia, according to Alaska Dispatch News. During a search of their place of residence, a whole arsenal of firearms was found, including AR-15 assault rifles with drum magazines, Glock pistols, a Remington sniper rifle and a large amount of ammunition.
The sheriff and his deputies went on the trail of the intruders, investigating the drug trade. Nakrobusiness funded the suspects' plan to attack a research center in Alaska. One of the detectives in charge of the case said that during interrogation, both detainees confessed that "the Lord commanded" them to destroy the machine that holds the souls captive so that they can become free.

“They wanted to blow up the installation. Their plan was to kidnap one of the scientists, whose car and pass they would use to enter the project territory,”added the detective.

Marmian Grimes, a spokeswoman for the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), to whom the US Air Force transferred control of the project in 2015, said that there have been threats to damage HAARP before, but no one has gone that far.
“We are very grateful to the law enforcement agencies of Georgia for the fact that they were able to detain the intruders in time. There are a lot of rumors and all sorts of conspiracy theories around our activities, but it is important to remember that in reality we are just engaged in scientific activities,”the publication quotes a UAF representative.
The suspects were charged with illegal possession and trafficking of drugs and weapons.
The HAARP Ionosphere and Aurora Research Project was launched in 1997 and was overseen by the US Air Force. The antenna field, located in Gakon, Alaska, is capable of generating up to 4.8 megawatts of electromagnetic waves focused at a specific point in the ionosphere. Since its launch, the project has repeatedly become the focus of conspiracy theorists who believe that HAARP is capable of modifying the weather, creating earthquakes and hurricanes, incapacitating satellites and communications, and controlling the minds of people.
