In the prediction of the famous seer, we are talking about the northern ruler from Aquilon, who is traditionally associated with Russia by many experts in deciphering and interpreting incomprehensible texts of the astrologer.
Translated from French, you can read: "The king of the North from Aquilon will help to establish everything correctly." At the same time, the quatrain itself was previously associated with the events that should take place in Syria.
Based on this, it turns out that the Russian leader will intervene in the settlement of unrest on the territory of Syria, who will restore order there. However, the phrase "to establish everything correctly" is interpreted by some not only in the context of Syria, but the whole world.
