After five hours of duty at Stanley Palace, located in the English city of Chester, paranormal researchers have obtained evidence of the existence of two ghostly hooded figures.

Ghostbusters and 15 members of the public organized a search for ghosts at Stanley Palace, considered the most visited building on Watergate Street.

Creepy hooded figures descending the stairs and the ghost of a woman in the mirror were photographed during the five-hour continuous surveillance. Night guests have also heard strange noises, seen eerie shadows, and claim to have interacted with haunted children and a man who once worked with Chester's Sheriff.

Stanley Palace was built in 1591 by Peter Warburton. After his death in 1621, the house was inherited by his daughter Elizabeth and her husband Sir Thomas Stanley, who changed the name of the house to what is known today.

Researchers have testified that they saw the ghost of Lady Elizabeth walking through a wall, a man in Tudor clothing, an officer from World War II, a woman with gray hair playing a Brahms sonata on the piano, and three children playing on the stairs.

A group of ghost hunters led by Chris and Kev Wilson-Byrne were armed with a vast array of equipment, including K2-Meters, infrared thermometers, sound amplifiers, energy detectors, motion detectors and even an Ouija board.
