The Bastianelli are going to sue the people who sold them the house three years ago without taking the ghost out of there. According to the Daily Telegraph, Gaetano Bastianelli and Stephanie complained to reporters that for all three years the stairs creak in the house at night, someone howls terribly, rattles chains and adjusts small and large dirty tricks of the household plan. The spouses accuse the previous owners of the house that they did not warn them about the paranormal phenomena in the building, that in the 70s exorcists were summoned to the house and that it was built near the old cemetery.
In 2005, Bastianelli bought a house in Spoleto for 120 thousand euros. They especially liked that the previous owners left them all the furnishings - right down to the coffee service. “We thought we made the deal of the
century,” says the 57-year-old head of the family.
However, on the very first night in the new house, they woke up with a flood in the bathroom. Hot water gushed from the tap, there was a puddle on the floor, in general, everything was as it should be. Stephanie assured that she had carefully turned all the taps on at night.
A day later, they woke up and found that the walls were decorated with glowing green mold (an amazing thing, after the flood). Then at night there was a regular noise in the house. The owners' 10-year-old daughter was terribly frightened by the ringing of chains. Finally, the evil spirits turned on and burned their lawn mower and electronics in the car.
Finally, the local historian Sergio Griffoni said that in 1977 they had to cast out demons from a girl who lived in this very house. Moreover, the ceremony was conducted by the Archbishop of Krakow Karol Wojtyla. This fact was confirmed in the Vatican.
Bastianelli hired a lawyer who advised them to sue the previous owners of the house. It turns out that by law they were required to warn buyers about all the shortcomings of the property being sold. The lawyer is almost sure that the case will be settled before the trial.
