A resident of the American city of Richmond, Virginia, bought 30 lottery tickets in one day, and they were all lucky. This is reported by the information portal USA Today.
Deborah Brown said that on the day she bought the tickets, she saw a combination of numbers 1-0-3-1 everywhere. The woman trusted her intuition and bought 20 Pick 4 lottery tickets and entered these numbers on them. She then purchased ten more tickets from another store.
Each ticket cost one dollar (65.8 rubles), and the largest prize in the lottery was five thousand dollars (329 thousand rubles). Thus, Brown won 150 thousand dollars (9.9 million rubles), spending only 30 dollars (about two thousand rubles).
According to the American, when she came for the jackpot, she was "almost hit by a blow." The lottery organizers told her that the chance of guessing the correct sequence was one in ten thousand.
Brown does not yet know how he will spend the winnings. Perhaps the money will go towards renovating the house.
