52-year-old American Michael Thompson has worked as a California police officer all his life. In his free time from the service, he was engaged in the study and search for the Yeti.
The man has had such a hobby for 33 years - he "got sick" with snowmen at the age of 19. Michael even earned a degree in archeology and heritage to become more knowledgeable in his field of interest. Other officers thought he was odd and slightly obsessed with this hobby.
Now, having retired, the former law enforcement officer decided to devote himself entirely to the hobby of his whole life. Thompson has planned an extended expedition to Alaska. The American and his friends of interests will spend several months in an incredible cold, where even liquids in thermometers freeze. Researchers are determined to obtain undeniable evidence of the existence of a sasquatch, and maybe even catch or shoot a cryptid.
The pensioner reports: “Many people call me an eccentric. However, they do not even suspect how much evidence I have collected for the existence of Bigfoot. I have prints of his feet and teeth, clumps of fur, even stool samples. But people need one hundred percent, undeniable proof. Someone must eventually shoot the yeti or capture him. My colleagues and I will certainly do this, we give you the floor."

According to Michael's calculations, an adult male Bigfoot weighs about 585 kilograms, his average height is 3 meters, and his foot is more than 68 centimeters. In September of this year, Thompson had already visited the Tetlin area in eastern Alaska, where not long before that an unknown animal attacked a hunter. The moose hunter told the ex-policeman that he had spent the night in the forest that time, and at that time his tent suddenly began to shake violently. Frightened to death, the man reached for the weapon, but the stranger suddenly stopped rushing in and left. From the sounds of footsteps it looked like it was a tall creature walking on its hind legs - certainly a Yeti. The hunter sat all night under the light of a flashlight and with a loaded gun, and when he left the tent in the morning, he found huge traces of bare feet in the snow, similar to human ones.
“Large humanoid animals have been noticed in America for over 400 years,” Thompson says. - Experts believe that these relict hominids may have survived in the desert and icy tundra of Alaska, feeding on moose, deer, coyotes and berries. Back in the 1880s, reports of encounters with tall, shaggy, monkey-like creatures began to appear here. According to legend, in 1903, one such primate was even shot, but unfortunately neither his remains, nor any photographs of it have survived to this day."
