In December 2018, social media users started spreading short and blurry videos. On the tape, the woman spoke of 29 scientists who were reportedly killed in Japan by robots controlled by artificial intelligence.
Below is one version of this video, which claims that the murder of scientists did not take place in Japan, but in South Korea.
This video is an excerpt from an hour-long presentation by conspiracy theorist and ufologist Linda Moulton Howe at the Conscious of Life exhibition in Los Angeles in February 2018. Howe's presentation was mainly about the dangers of artificial intelligence, but it was also intertwined with stories of alien encounters, abductions, and alternate dimensions.
Howe began her speech by talking about four AI robots that killed 29 scientists in Japan, which she reportedly heard about from a former Marine who did contract work for government agencies such as the CIA, the NSA (National Security Agency). security) and the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency- "CIA, NAB and DIA (US Department of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA))"):
-On Saturday 26 August 2017, not so long ago, I received a call from an informant whom I had known for about a year and a half. He is a former Marine but continues to work under contracts with the CIA, NAB and DIA. I have notebooks and notepads all over the house, in the office, in the car, everywhere, so that, if necessary, I do not have to look for them for a long time.
So I wrote down his message almost word for word.
“… This week at a leading Japanese robotics company, four robots developed for military purposes killed 29 people in a laboratory. And they did it by firing metal bullets.

Laboratory workers deactivated two robots, disassembled the third, but the worst thing is that the fourth began to regenerate itself and somehow connected to the satellite in orbit to download information about how it was able to recover and become even stronger than before."
I also wrote down his next sentence. I quote: “I've been doing this for years. This is real shit, Linda. But you will never hear about it on the news. The robotics company has too much to lose, and the government wants to see AI-assisted robot soldiers. End of quote.
Howe's story was suspiciously devoid of clarifying details. She did not disclose the source of her information, nor the name of the laboratory where the alleged tragedy occurred, nor the names of any of the scientists killed.

Howe told the story at least once again during an interview with Mysterious Outpost Radio at the Ozark UFO Conference.
Howe also argued that her source did not actually witness the robotic carnage, he simply passed on information that he reportedly encountered during his contract work:
At best, the claim that 29 scientists were killed by AI robots in Japan is based on information from third parties and not supported by any factual data.
In the worst case, this rumor was compiled from snippets of her speech and the purpose of this video is to draw attention to the fact that humans are just a creation of an alien race, endowed with artificial intelligence.
