In the village of Lazurny well has always been the only source of drinking water. This year, the life-giving moisture from it disappeared, the locals sounded the alarm.
Nature has drained local drinking water. In the well from which two villages drink, the water level dropped from eighteen meters to nine. From a scientific point of view, aquadiversion is explained as follows: about once every 30 years, groundwater changes its direction. Rafail Sayadgaleev, head of the department of life support for the population of the Krasnoarmeisky district, explains: “There is no water, because the debit has dropped - the amount of water in the well. Therefore, there is not enough water."
Previously, the water from the well entered the water tower. Here she was purified and defended. Now resources have to be dosed, so the pump does not pump at full strength, because of the weak pressure, the water does not enter the tower for cleaning, but is sent directly to the water supply system. The regional authorities understand that it is necessary to drill a new source. They even found money for construction, but they have no right to master the funds. “The requirements for registration documents are very serious, up to the receipt of location coordinates. In general, paperwork. I can’t call it any other way,”says Viktor Shnel, director of the Lazurny municipal unitary enterprise.
For the third month, all work remains only on paper. Until now, it has not been possible to obtain a drilling license. For the extraction of drinking water, one has to collect the same package of papers as for the extraction of gas and oil.
