A completely unknown 11-year-old Vietnamese girl in Ho Chi Minh has made headlines in Asian newspapers for allegedly being credited with the ability to cause involuntary combustion of anything that can burn.
According to one Vietnamese website, a girl who lives in Tan Bin, Ho Chi Minh District, burned down her house, which was occupied by her entire third floor. Her father swears that the child did not have access to electrical appliances or other flammable items. According to the father, the fire was caused by uncontrolled super-energy in the daughter's body. Similar stories appear with enviable frequency in the media. And most likely the girl's parents are looking for attention to their family. Nevertheless, the father did not disclose the name of the girl.
The parents of this little girl say that they noticed her unique superpowers about a month ago, when all the electrical wiring in the house suddenly burnt out. When their daughter walked past the sockets in their house, a fire broke out and, according to them, passing by the toilet, she even managed to burn it. To make everything sound intriguing and believable, the parents claim that this phenomenon repeated itself when their daughter was in other places. So, while vacationing in the Vung Tau resort, she burned an electric bell and a light switch in a hotel room. And also for no apparent reason on the girl, her clothes may catch fire.
After the incident on May 12, the girl's family lives in constant tension and fear. All electrical appliances in the house have been removed away from their daughter. The girl has a button to call any of her family members, and in case of immediate danger she can call them. Opening up, the parents said that they were protecting their child 24/7 and there were always buckets of water and wet towels next to them, in case of a similar fire in their daughter and fires in the house caused by their own daughter. They also agreed for the girl to be examined by scientists from Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh International University.
Du Chau Quang, an expert in the paranormal (the ability to detect "radiation" in the human body), ran a series of tests on the child and discovered something strange in the right hemisphere of her brain. Believing this to be an unprecedented case not only in Vietnam but around the world, Du Chau set up a team of scientists to conduct environmental research on the girl. The unique phenomenon attracts many scientists from various fields of science: physics, medicine, psychology, culture and sociology. Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, director of the University of Hong Kong, says radio frequency interference tests have shown a strange "halo" in the girl's right hemisphere, which could be the cause of her unusual strength. However, the examination at the Cho Rei Children's Hospital did not reveal any abnormalities in the girl.
The name of this girl and the photographs of her parents were not released to the public, but they agreed to photograph and publish photographs of their victim in the house fire.
