A puzzled man called UFO researchers after seeing an abnormal beam of red light shooting into the sky.
An eyewitness asked those who saw a strange phenomenon in New Jersey, USA on Monday, to contact him and help solve this mystery.
The man, who did not want to give his name, turned to the American UFO Network (MUFON) with a request to investigate and determine whether this case has a connection with a UFO.
Currently, MUFON is the most respected UFO investigative team in the world, which maintains official records of global observations.
An eyewitness reported in a report sent the same day that the first time he saw the mysterious beam of light at 6:30, it pulsed for about 15 minutes, and then disappeared.
He was able to film the event and sent video footage and photographs to MUFON for analysis.
He wrote in his report: “Has anyone else reported seeing this column of light in the sky?
“It happened this morning at about 6:45, I can't say exactly what time it happened. I saw him for the first time at 6:30 am in Northwest Pedricktown, New Jersey. In the center, the beam was most intense and tapering up and towards the base. It throbbed until it disappeared around 6:45."
