“Every night, as part of a ten-day military training camp, we organized a watch. On June 27 at about 1.30 the person on duty saw a UFO - an object in the form of a flickering star "hung" low, in fact, near the horizon in the area of the military unit, - said Pavel Mizyov. - We tried to photograph him, but he was constantly twitching - from right to left, top to bottom, then disappeared, then appeared. Perhaps he was in a plasma envelope - something similar can be seen in one of the photographs."
According to Pavel Mizyov, at night there was a heavy rain, after which a cold fog appeared, and clouds settled around the UFO. “This extraordinary show lasted about 20 minutes - from 1.30 to 1.50,” said Mizyov. "Towards the end, the object suddenly increased in size, then sharply decreased - actually to a point, and then disappeared."
