Is this really so? Our world has changed long ago. It has become more compact. And even sitting in front of a computer screen, you can make virtual trips. True, for now, only looking at satellite photos on the Google Earth website. This hobby is quite new, but it finds itself more and more followers. They call themselves "virtual archaeologists". And, by the way, I am pleased that I personally have done a lot to popularize this unusual hobby.
This time I was intrigued by stories that some of the huge monsters have survived to this day. In particular the legend and the giant snakes from the Amazon. It is the largest water snake in the world. Anaconda. Eunectes murinus. A type of snake from the boa family. This snake is not poisonous, but its sharp teeth and strong muscles have killed many living creatures in the jungle. There is a lot of information about anacondas more than 7 meters long, but none of them is reliable (as Wikipedia says). This snake swims well and, as a rule, avoids direct contact with people. However, in the archive of the Google Earth site at 3 ° 10.124'S, 67 ° 55.469'W, the same giant anaconda is floating in the Amazon, which official science does not recognize. Visible length 20 meters, width about 3 meters. And this is only the visible part of the monster. The real dimensions are even larger. So that the legend, apparently, turned out to be true.
The second monster is even bigger. The truth and its habitat are much more extensive. According to Scott C. Waring (this is also a virtual archaeologist), at the coordinates (I give them exactly) 63 ° 2.942'S, 60 ° 57.537'W near Deception Island, located near Antarctica. The body of a huge squid appeared from the water. The photo shows his head. The head measures 37 meters long and 17 meters wide. Tentacles are visible in the water. The total length of the monster will be about 100 meters (!) And maybe even more. Interestingly, the satellite photo was taken at the time of the squid's flight. They use a jet stream of water to move. Throwing it out of themselves, they give their body an acceleration. Thus, they move from place to place. Since this monster is so huge that it is even difficult to imagine, its flight speed is very high. As well as the seething fountain of water that remains in the ocean. Let me remind you that official science will never recognize the existence of this relic. And it is and (judging by the pictures) it feels great.
