Even in childhood, caring mothers taught us: “Do not touch, children, unfamiliar objects, do not approach cars, otherwise it will be very painful! "With the same persistence now, ufologists are warning us:" Do not approach UFOs, do not strive for contacts! It is very dangerous! „

But the unknown beckons us, and just like in childhood, we violate the prohibition … What comes of this is perfectly illustrated by the case of Stefan Mikhalek, which happened a long time ago, but has not lost its relevance in our days.

So, on May 20, 1967 near Lake Falcon (Ontario, Canada), amateur geologist Stefan Michalek was once again looking for new samples for his collection of minerals when two red cigar-shaped objects appeared in the sky. One "cigar" unexpectedly went to land, another hovered above it in the air, and then picked up speed and disappeared into the clouds. Mikhalek watched with curiosity the landing "cigar", it was clearly red-hot, but gradually cooled down, and the red color was replaced by shimmering golden. The "cigar" was about 10 m long and about 3.5 m high. The mysterious object literally blinded Mikhalek, and he put on dark glasses, which he always carried with him to protect his eyes from stone fragments, because he often had to beat off pieces of rock with a hammer and what he liked samples for him. A purple glow was visible through the glasseswhich burst out of the holes of the UFO.

Stefan sketched a “cigar” in his notebook and noted details such as the smell of sulfur, the noise like the hum of an electric motor, and the warm air coming from a UFO.

Suddenly, a hatch in the facility opened and Stefan heard voices. It was then that he made a fatal mistake - he approached the hole and in all foreign languages that he could remember, asked permission to enter. However, the guests from outer space completely ignored his noble impulse to communicate and slammed the door in front of his very nose … Still not seeing the inhabitants of the mysterious "cigar", Mikhalek decided to touch the UFO. It turned out that he had not yet completely cooled down, an amateur researcher burned a glove and burned his fingers … At that moment he would have run away, hide behind the stones, but Mikhalek extinguished the smoldering glove when a strong gust of hot gases burst out of the nozzle next to they hit him in the chest. Stefan was thrown from the "cigar", he darted from pain and fear, because his clothes were burned on his chest, the UFO, meanwhile, rose and flew away, leaving a loser - a contactee to cope with burning clothes and painful shock himself.

In addition to first-degree burns, Mikhalek experienced many other consequences of his unexpected encounter with the unknown. Severe headache, vomiting, lack of appetite, skin infections, hives, swollen joints, changes in the blood - all this "gift" set was awarded to a curious earthling UFO. Of particular interest among the doctors was a burn of the chest, it clearly showed the grating that was in the nozzle of the UFO when a hot stream of gases burst out of it. This was the material confirmation of the entire story of Stefan Michalek. More than a dozen doctors examined Mikhalek, one of them nevertheless determined that the newly-minted "ufologist" received a dose of radioactive radiation, which would have turned out to be fatal, if Mikhalek had to "contact" the UFO a little longer. This is what it means to remember your mom's advice in time: “Don't touch the plate, son! There will be trouble!"
