Eastern frontier

From the east, Japan is washed by the warm Tsushima current. Approaching the north, it makes a turn without reaching the borders of Russia. And Vladivostok is already enjoying the neighborhood with the cold Primorsky current.
Opposite Russia, on the other side of the Bering Strait, the warm Alaska Current runs along the western coast of Alaska.

The Caucasus, the Iranian Highlands, the Himalayas stop the heat of the air masses of the Indian Ocean with a monolithic wall.

The trend is understandable. The warm sea in winter raises the temperature by an order of magnitude. But winter temperatures are a fundamental factor determining life.
Wild tribes can survive with edible plants growing all year round. A society can survive if there is a year-round growth of forage plants for livestock. In Europe, grass for livestock grows all year round. Even if it snows. The ground is warm there. Its warm sea warms.
In the Russian world, even in places considered to be granaries (Ukraine, the lower Volga), nothing grows for six months. Winter is mother.
Such completely northern countries as Norway, Finland, Canada are arranged in a peculiar way. Most of the population and economic activity is carried out in their southern part, where the climate is like throughout Europe. And the northern territories are practically uninhabited.
There is only one country in the world where food for people and livestock grows only in summer. This is Russia.
Edge of cold
The only climatically decent place in the Russian world is Crimea. However, water is tight at all. And they want to squeeze out all the time. This, unfortunately, is still a disputed territory.

I would put the question more broadly. The entire Russian world is located in a zone that is generally not adapted for the residence of civilized people and society. The presence of hundreds of millions of people here is the largest natural disaster in the history of mankind. We urgently need to evacuate everyone from here. Where is the UN Security Council looking?
The very fact of a highly organized civilization within the borders of Russia makes its inhabitants heroes. It is generally impossible to live here, but we are launching rockets into space.
How long does this climatic situation last? Have we always wore felt boots and quilted jackets? - No. The once flourishing country was dried up (Central Asia) and frozen. The use of climatic weapons.
Russia was frozen by the turn of the currents. They are unstable now. The Gulf Stream comes to a standstill due to oil spills in the Gulf of Mexico. Panic in Europe. They stepped on their own rake. Or they were blown up on their own mine.
Currents can be controlled at trigger points. Barbarously, with spilled oil. Or, for example, a nuclear underwater explosion. Trigger points are the beginning of a current, a sharp turn, a fork, an intersection with another current.
Currents cannot be created, difficult to turn, easy to stop. Where you need it.
When the warm flow stops, one part of the light is cooled. The one where the warm stream did not reach. And the other part overheats. From where the heat is not dumped. The imbalance that we are seeing. In the Gulf of Mexico, they groan from the heat. The Gulf Stream is being born there, and its task is to bring excess heat to the north. The Gulf Stream was stopped artificially at the level of Novaya Zemlya. There, by the way, is a nuclear test site. A coincidence, but indicative.
The Gulf Stream continued along the northern coast of Russia to the Bering Strait. And turned the lifeless Arctic desert into a blooming land.
Perhaps there were other warm currents directed to the far north and far south. They were simply destroyed.
Paleontological excavations throughout the Arctic confirm the presence of a warm climate there, up to subtropical. Scientists, naturally, attribute this fact to the depths of the history of the planet. As usual. Antarctica is the same story.
In time, the freezing of Tartaria can be timed to coincide with the discovery of America. Interruption of the Gulf Stream, changing the maps of currents and winds. Then a route was formed for sailing ships from the Canary Islands to America with a passing trade wind and back to the Gulf Stream. 15th century turns out earlier.
15-16th century - Europeans begin to explore the Arctic coast of Eurasia. Reconnaissance of the defeated and frozen giant.
The history of the exploration of Novaya Zemlya is interesting. Whoever tried to describe it clearly, all was unsuccessful. Merli from scurvy, froze. Foreigners, Russians. They did not even understand whether it was an island or a peninsula.

The water heat exchange system is currents. The general scheme of currents at the moment is very contradictory. In the northern hemisphere, warm currents directed towards the pole simply break off or loop. In the southern hemisphere, warm currents directed towards the pole abut against the cold current of the westerly winds that encircle Antarctica. And they also do not reach their destination.
The air heat exchange system is wind. Everything is logical here. Cold heavy air from the poles along the bottom rushes to the equator. And warm light air from the equator goes over the tops to the poles.
The heat capacity of water is greater than that of air. The water heat exchange system is more powerful. But more static. And more manageable. She is the climate weapon of directed action.
We also worked with air heat exchange. The atmosphere was defused. High-altitude nuclear explosions. The heat capacity of the air has dropped and the heat transfer efficiency has decreased. And the role of mountain ranges, inhibiting flows, has grown. Caucasus, Iranian Highlands, Himalayas - a wall located across the movement of air.
Recently, the climate of northern Russia is changing before our eyes. The northern sea route is thawing. Winter temperatures are rising. Atmospheric pressure is increasing. A constant north wind blows, the legendary Hyperborean.
The disturbed balance is restored. Streams of warm currents wake up.
Considering all these issues, comparing times, countries, technologies, we run into contradictions and inconsistencies. By the type of nuclear explosions in the Earth's atmosphere in the 15th century, etc.
The fact that resolves all inconsistencies is simple: we are not alone in this world, in this universe, in the macrocosm.

But the most important thing is as follows. At this point in time, absolutely everything that happens here is in agreement with people. The law of free will exists. If this is not the case, then why in the most totalitarian state of the world held a referendum on the dissolution of the USSR? The people were asked. He replied. If this is not so, then why all the liberal-democratic clownery at all?
