The ideological foundations of Nazism and Fascism were laid by secret societies long before the emergence of the Nazi state in Germany. He claimed that he had mastered the ability to communicate with the ghost of a famous ancestor and the spirits of long-dead people.
Some of the most prestigious and influential secret organizations in Nazi Germany included the Vril Society, the Thule Society, the Black Order (SS) and the Ahnenerbe (Legacy of the Ancestors).
Early 1925 - Hitler was released from prison, where he was imprisoned after the 1923 Beer Putsch. In prison, he whiled away the time with Hess, a former assistant to Professor Haushoffer. One of the latter's most diligent disciples, Hess drew his cellmate into the activities of occult circles in the Thule Society. He recalled: “the new red banner … with a black swastika in a white disk was deployed for the first time. The effect was so overwhelming that even Hitler himself was quite surprised. The swastika became one of the most effective mystical weapons of the Fuhrer … An unknown power came from this mysterious sign. " So the old sign - the ancient oriental symbol of the rotation of the sun and eternity was used by the Nazis. The swastika that the Nazis depicted on their banners was inverted, left-handed. Researchers believe that the positively charged right-sided swastika was intended to influence the consciousness of “friends”, while the left-sided one was designed to threaten enemies. The Fuehrer once said in one of his speeches:“There are only two possibilities in our struggle: either the enemy will pass over our corpses, or we will pass over him. And I wish that the swastika banner would become my shroud if I have to die in the struggle. " Hitler prophesied destiny to himself.
But, perhaps, one of the most mysterious and secret official organizations of the Third Reich was "Ahnenerbe". At first, this organization was positioned as an educational and research society, called upon to study the German spiritual prehistory. The headquarters of "Ahnenerbe" was located in the Bavarian city of Weischenfeld. This society for the study of the "paths beaten by the ancestors" was founded in 1933 by Friedrich Hillier. He was a friend of the Swedish explorer Sven Gedin, who was closely associated with Haushoffer. They had to study the experience of all dictators in the history of the world, carefully collect and generalize the "wisdom" of all the advisers of the rulers of the past: Chinese, Mongolian, Egyptian, Babylonian, Persian. At one time, the spiritual mentor of the Nazis, Karl Haushoffer, enlightened the Fuhrer about the secret ties between Tibet and Germany, and, of course, he spoke about the "Tibetan" roots of the Aryan race. So, around 1931, an expedition (probably the first) of 5 people was sent to the Himalayas. The Nazis hoped to find there not only genetic material, catching "Aryan" bees, ants and horses. They were looking for Shambhala and teachers of higher powers, they also wanted to find minerals, in particular uranium, plutonium, strontium and oil. Unfortunately, no reports or reliable information about their trip could be found. We only know that at the end of 1934 - beginning of 1935, only three returned from it (among them E. Schaeffer). They brought with them some rather ancient manuscript written in Sanskrit, the content of which was supposedly deciphered over time. 1935 - the second expedition took place. It was funded by the Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences (America) and partly by Germany, and was headed by SS officer E. Schaeffer. He became the author of a number of brilliant discoveries in the field of the animal kingdom of the Himalayas and was even honored to speak at the Asian Society of the Himalayas. True, his report also sounded frank racist sentiments: a special emphasis was placed on the Aryan and Caucasian subspecies of people who allegedly mixed with peoples of Tibetan origin many centuries ago. This time, the tasks of the Nazis included: the classification of races and the identification of the final signs of Nordic features in relation to the peoples living there, the establishment of diplomatic contacts with them. It is known that Germany spent more money on the Ahnenerbe research than America on the production of the first atomic bomb. They covered a huge area: from scientific activities to studying the practice of the occult, from vivisection of prisoners to spying for secret societies.
But the activities of "Ahnenerbe" remain a secret behind seven seals. And someone is very interested in hiding it. Even at the Nuremberg trials, for some reason, the interrogation of SS Standartenfuehrer Wolfram Sievers, general secretary of the Ahnenerbe, was abruptly interrupted as soon as he began to name names and facts. Moreover, he was hastily shot among the most important war criminals.
