“What a strange baby?” Most people will say when they see pictures of Manpreet Singh, a resident of the Indian state of Punjab. In fact, this "child" is already 21 years old, just his physical development in a mysterious way for medicine stopped when Manprit was only 6 months old.
Manprit's height is 58 centimeters, and his weight is 7 kg, and thus he is now one of the smallest adults in the world.
Manpreet is unable to speak or walk and has never been examined due to his abnormal development.
