- "assumed" - that is, a possible, permissible but not obligatory value, which may be available or not available for a particular person.
It is hard to argue, and most importantly, it does not make sense, since magic itself has long ago answered this question in the form of clear and clear definitions. A magician, that is, a person who can influence the world around him (and this, as you understand, can all without exception to a greater or lesser extent) can be a person who has certain characteristics consistent with the capabilities of the “profession”.
