What is happiness and why some people, as they say, were born "with a spoon in their mouth", while others "do not grab stars from the sky" all their lives, fighting for every positive moment with fate? Someone may say that each person has his own destiny and should not blame it. Well, what if the parameters of happiness for each of us can be set or at least found out a pattern?

Without a doubt, happy moments in life play the role of some kind of lubrication, when they happen, then a person feels the taste of life, tone and energy output increase. If happiness is not enough, then it is fraught with depression and addiction to drugs. The latter give only a false feeling of happiness and their effect is comparable to the use of alcohol to keep warm in the cold.

But how do you become happy? This question is asked by many people, since only a few can call themselves truly happy. At the same time, it is not clear how to measure the level of happiness? For some, it is expressed in material benefits, but some are happy from one beautiful landscape in front of their eyes.

The researchers note that the factor of happiness or unhappiness directly depends on how happy the ancestors were and, most importantly, how much good or bad there was in their actions. Based on this, it can be argued that the rule when their children pay for the sins of fathers is fully valid.

In this case, it turns out that the establishment of the relationship between happiness and unhappiness is performed by some higher intelligence, which determines how happy this person will be after birth. However, this does not mean at all that one must go with the flow and perceive the state of affairs as it is. There are examples in history when even very happy people slipped to the very bottom, moreover, due to the fact that, on the contrary, they considered themselves unhappy.

Genetics can provide a complete answer to the question of who can be happy and who can not. Scientists conducted research and, based on information about the nature of the patients' ancestors, found an interesting relationship. If a person was distinguished by a harsh disposition, then this was not always passed on to his descendants, but it was reflected significantly on their health. The heirs were originally born weakened, someone with birth defects, which is why they had to pay a lot of attention to treatment all their lives. Examining the DNA of these people, it was possible to find that a weakened immune system is embedded in them before birth, and is not a consequence of living conditions.

And now it is necessary to remember the expression: "Laughter is the best medicine" and it really is. Scientists have confirmed that laughter therapy helps even in the most hopeless cases. People who, according to their observations, were unhappy and received this "gift" as an inheritance from their ancestors, spent a lot of time watching comedies, doing art and other activities that stimulate a good mood. Thanks to this, the human hormonal system began to intensively produce endorphins - hormones responsible for the balance of good mood, which contributed to the healing. The restoration of even heavily damaged organs and tissues was observed, contrary to the pessimistic forecasts of doctors.

It is known that it is always recommended to believe in yourself and your own strengths, and so, scientists have noticed that it is healthy laughter that enhances confidence, and this in turn provokes regeneration, even where it would seem impossible.

How to change the parameters of happiness?

Astrologers are sure that our life is a program that is subject to mathematical laws, which means there is a chance to calculate the weakest points responsible for the implementation of a happy scenario. Those who are seriously engaged in astrology, exploring the dependence of fate on the position of heavenly bodies at the time of birth, can always make a fairly accurate diagnosis and increase the portion of happiness. Many famous people by their own example can confirm that they have achieved success after visiting one or another specialist who gave advice.

The higher mind sets by default the capabilities of each of us, even before birth. Just as we customize a new phone to our needs, departing from the factory settings, it is quite possible to become happier. It is noted that the most unhappy are those born under the signs of planets far from the Sun - Neptune, Pluto, Uranus. Such people are prone to frequent depression, which, however, is not surprising, due to the lack of positive events and the constant struggle for existence. Experts have found that having made an individual horoscope, it is possible to find out at what moments of the location of the planets, unfortunate events are most likely, sometimes the accuracy can even go up to the day.

In order to be completely happy, of course, there are other methods, for example, the practice of finding an internal energy balance. Such methods were used by many ancient civilizations seeking to live in harmony with nature. The records of ancient philosophers can be cited as evidence. For example, Confucius describes happiness as a kind of energy source that cannot be understood by those who see pleasure only in material goods. As you know, the teacher's admirers still exist in great numbers and practice his advice on achieving happiness in his own teaching - Confucianism.

The ancient peoples of Hindustan and South America, in manuscripts that have survived to this day, warn against an imbalance of the spiritual principle and its replacement with material values. Indian yogis claim that when they go into meditation, they attain the highest bliss and feel the most happy. It should be remembered that many ancient Indian states were ruined and swallowed up by the jungle, the same happened with the Atlanteans, their country was swallowed up by the ocean, and all this happened, according to contemporaries, because of the refusal to be happy internally.

The paradox, when a person has a lot of material wealth and at the same time constantly feels extremely unhappy, has always occupied the minds of researchers. At the same time, one who has only the most necessary and does not feel any need for anything, simply "flies in the clouds" and receives the maximum portion of positive. The ancient Greek Diogenes lived, as you know, in a barrel, and to this day his name remains a household name, as a standard of a happy person who has everything he needs. The oriental poet and scientist Omar Khayyam in his Rubaiyam constantly emphasizes that happiness is instant and must be sought, somewhere in the middle between material and moral satisfaction, giving preference to the latter.

In the modern world, Tibetan monks are an example of happy people who know the secret of access to the energy of happiness. This organization is still very closed and lives according to the charter adopted centuries ago. The monks have no property, live in Spartan conditions and devote all their time to the study of martial arts, as well as meditation. The ability to find a source of inner happiness allows them to do without food and water for a long time, while not losing physical strength. Tibetans practically do not get sick, and despite the cold winters, they do without warm clothes, and if some illness does happen, then the practice of self-healing is used. It turns out that the same law of conservation of energy will be true in relation to happiness, since in fact, happiness itself is present everywhere, only in different forms, all the time passing from one to another.

Everyone determines the threshold of absolute happiness for themselves independently and depending on their needs, but one should not forget that in pursuit of it it is very easy to deceive. The advice of ancient and modern thinkers constantly reminds us of this. A lot of advice on the same subject can be found in the Bible and similar books. The recipe for happiness indicated there is quite simple - doing good deeds and helping unfamiliar people. According to psychologists, volunteers participating in various charitable programs consider themselves to be one of the happiest people on earth.
