An unusual cloud, glowing with all the colors of the rainbow, attracted the attention of a resident of Ottawa, the capital of Canada (see video below).
On the evening of November 28, 2016, while working, he went outside and saw just below the layer of cirrus clouds covering the setting sun, a rainbow cloud, which he immediately decided to shoot with his mobile phone camera.
An eyewitness noticed that this small strange cloud was located exactly at the same height as the sun.
“This is so strange,” wrote an eyewitness under his video. - I've never seen this before! These are genuine shots."
Well-known ufologist Scott K. Waring believes that a local resident caught on camera a UFO that moves across the sky, hiding in an artificial cloud, which is therefore painted in an unusual color.
“In reality, this cloud does not consist of ordinary vapor, it is a holographic protective cloak in which a UFO is hiding,” the ufologist commented on the video. - He became visible from around the corner of the sun's rays falling on him. Most often this happens at sunset, when the light from the sun falls at a right angle."
