As the assistant to the head of the Rivne regional police department Olesya Shevchenko said, on November 11 the investigative-operational group arrived on call to Zagoroshchi, where an unknown animal destroyed chickens and a turkey.
Only in one of the farms, 10 chickens and a turkey died at once, which were in metal cages. The dead bird had twisted necks.
There were practically no traces of blood at the scene. The owners found several chickens still alive, but they were in agony from the bites of an unknown animal, so they had to be hacked to death.
On the carcasses already plucked by people, punctures from bites are clearly visible.
According to the villagers, this is not the first visit of the Chupacabra to the village. People hope that the police will help find and neutralize the mysterious animal. The police have documented the death of the bird and are checking it.
