Washington intends to launch a massive cyber strike against the Russian Federation early next year. Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov, President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, shared this opinion with journalists. The United States planned a powerful cyberattack during the presidential election campaign of the Russian Federation and, judging by the large-scale advance and multi-level preparations, Washington expects that the blow will be simply crushing.
According to Ivashov, it was for this purpose that the conflict on the Korean Peninsula was kindled. Naturally, the Americans understand that they are playing with fire, but, apparently, they have some good reason to be confident in Kim Jong-un's peacefulness.
The entire historical experience of the United States confirms that Washington would have made a grandiose mess after the very first launch of Hwaseong-12, even risking a nuclear war. Now you can see a carefully rehearsed production with one unknown, which, in theory, is Kim Jong-un, but which, at the same time, does not cause serious fears in the opponent.
The play is only gaining momentum to slide into a powerful crisis in 2018, when, under the guise of a nuclear war, the United States will strike at Russia. Ivashov also noted that the Pentagon had already "thrown a trial balloon" in May this year, attacking Russia during a command post exercise. The blow was struck on the points and systems of control and transport. The Americans analyzed the response and familiarized themselves with some of the countermeasures.
The telephone attack, which the major cities of Russia were recently subjected to, according to the general, is also part of cyber intelligence in force.
