At the very end of the last century, records of the Australian out-of-body travel researcher Robert the Bruce began to appear on the Internet, which gradually led to the writing of several books on this topic. But the most famous of them is "Astral Dynamics", in which he describes not only out-of-body experiences, but also the structure of parallel realities of our multidimensional Universe. And he calls one of such realities, the closest to the physical world, "the real time zone." Almost all astral travelers have to deal with it at first.
What characterizes this reality and what distinctive characteristics and properties does it possess?

As you can see, this clearly intermediate reality, on the one hand, is almost an exact copy of our reality, and even time flows in them perfectly synchronously. On the other hand, the usual laws of the physical world we are used to in the "real time zone" do not work and this allows dreamers and out-of-body travelers to freely move to various points of this world as a subtle entity that can not only freely soar, but also pass through material barriers.
But maybe this is not a reality parallel to our world? Maybe it's just that the state of our consciousness is changing, and with it our ability to interact with physical matter. It is precisely such states that the Russian researcher of lucid dreams and astral travel, Mikhail Raduga, calls "phase". Which of these two researchers is actually right?
