There were no questions in this part of interaction with the Higher spheres. This is not a dialogue. These spheres can be attributed to the mental, but only to its higher areas. In these areas, there are other forms of self-organization in comparison with the above. There is no dialogue on the logic of the lower level. There is no dialogue at all in these areas. The prepared questions are not comprehended, but are felt by the consciousness, thereby transforming them into structures of the Higher spheres, therefore it is impossible to unambiguously divide this interaction into questions and answers. In turn, penetration into these spheres and feeling them means that the structures of consciousness are capable of transforming the state of interaction with these spheres into informational semantic content, which is presented below.
We live on a neighboring mental planet. It is in a different polarization in relation to the polarization of the physical plane of the Earth.
Our planet has a name, but it differs from the names adopted on Earth. Our planet is called the Planet of Own Ideas. This mental structure is different from the earthly scale. This is a huge planet. It includes a set of planets and star systems, which on Earth are called galaxies. Consequently, this spatial coordinate has only an indirect resemblance to terrestrial space and has completely different properties, including conditions for the self-organization of intelligent organisms.
This space cannot be compared with the physical world, therefore it is possible to understand its structure only if the consciousness of a person on Earth can rise to this sphere, thereby looking into this area with the edge of sight.
This spatial sphere is entirely subject to the Laws of the Cosmos. It does not exist on its own, but interacts with other spheres by not mutual contact, but by the mutual penetration of one sphere into another. Thus, our spheres, including the earthly sphere, touch each other, creating the illusion of a single spatial complex that lives according to the uniform Laws of the Cosmos.
These Laws exist forever. Life in accordance with these Laws means the harmonious coexistence of all spheres of life and mutual support of each other. Thus, each spatial sphere is inseparable from each other, no matter what spatial coordinate they are in.
The next question "comparing the level of development with the earthly Civilization" is meaningless, since they are two completely disparate analytical objects for comparison. At the end of the life cycle, every person on Earth can get into an area where it will not be possible to compare his previous existence on Earth with the spatial sphere into which he will fall to continue his development.
It is also meaningless to talk about population size, since there is no individuality as such in our spatial sphere. Here we are all relatives and so close to each other that we become a unit of the Whole, the immense and boundless Cosmos. Therefore, the life of the aggregate consciousness is subject to completely different principles, about which almost nothing is known on Earth.

Similarly, the concept of "Civilization" cannot be discussed. There are no nationalities here, there are no problems of difference. There is only the concept of a boundless Cosmos, in which development is endless.
Similarly to the question of the status of the planet, we do not have sharp differences in spatial areas, although there are differences in informational, including ideological areas. Therefore, our planet can be differentiated by ideological compositions. In this regard, the differences of ideas are, in fact, the Individualization of the Mind in this mental sphere.
In this sense, the question of the form of this sphere can be developed. In fact, it is round, although there is no external form, but only informational content. If we speak further, the content is the form. Only ideological, i.e. the information content is based not on the discrimination of spatial coordinates, but on the difference in information polarization.
As for the transparency of the atmosphere, in this sense, the transparency of our sphere differs from the transparency of the Earth's atmosphere. There is no light in our sphere, but this does not mean that we live in darkness. Our space does not have light, not because there is no energy source, but because there cannot be light in the information space from the standpoint of mental physics. Light here is just an echo of light in the physical world, not manifested by energy. Here, light is the difference of information polarizations, which does not absorb, but emits an information field, focusing it in the center of our sphere. Therefore, this center serves as a kind of center for our universe.
The stars in our Universe, like our central region, are formed by informational counteractions, which have created local informational objects with multipolarized structures. In this sense, these stars are not positive objects. They denote the presence of opposing compositions that must ultimately be harmonized with the participation of many structures of the Universe. However, the existence of these stellar regions also means the existence of dynamic processes in the Universe. Therefore, the dynamics also builds structures with opposite characteristics in other Universes, including the physical world. In this sense, life is in motion. Otherwise, ideal harmony in a certain area means reaching the limit of development.
