Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences V. Kaznacheev suggests that on our planet, perhaps, there is a wide variety of very different worlds.
Studies of Italian scientists in the Arenzano area, who worked for three years using super-powerful devices, led them to the conclusion about the real existence of some "etheric" or other forms of life that exist in parallel with us. What ways is possible to communicate with them, how in general a person receives "transcendental" information related to the field of providence, intuition, "contacts" of various kinds - this is also a question of questions. V. Fomenko, one of the most famous researchers of anomalous phenomena, believes that “extraterrestrial machine operation has been on Earth for a very long time … The purpose of demonstrating materialization, dematerialization, teleportation, and other things is global tracking of thoughts and information perceived by people. This is possible only when using the laws of nature that are not yet known to us”(“AiF”N 23, 1991).
At about the same time, a very interesting hypothesis was expressed by E. Nuriddinov ("Komsomolets of Uzbekistan", N 55, 1990). He suggested that the proto-civilization that preceded us, even before global catastrophes on Earth, managed to create on the basis of gluon chains (GC) something like an information bank, from which individual representatives of our civilization with special biological abilities of cells can catch the movement of GC and "join the network", i.e..e. to draw information and, if required, transmit it to a suitable person at a distance in a telepathic way, using the field of microleptons or other ultra-small elementary particles as material carriers.
Well, we would probably not be very opposed if we were given access to such an information bank or somehow connected us to it. And it seems that an increasing number of our earthlings, and especially children, are recognized as people suitable (“conditioned”) for the role of experimental …
By the way, about the "flying islands" on which the ancient Menechuns of Polynesia traveled. In Puerto Rico, as in other places where dwarfs appear, locals have more than once had the opportunity to observe strange balls of light - orange-yellow spheres, rapidly descending into the mountains and into the forest thicket from somewhere above, and some even claim that I also noticed a flying saucer with a metallic sheen. In Mexico, where chupacabras are credited with spoiling livestock and poultry, Professor P. Serna also assures that in recent years both he and his family members have repeatedly seen some kind of "extraterrestrial" phenomena - the lights of landing UFOs, etc. Despite this, scientists are cautious and still not inclined to necessarily associate UFOs with the appearance of pinniped chupacabras and other dwarfs. The researcher of this phenomenon, Alberte Layes, believesthat "they always stayed close and did not go anywhere … the Chupacabras were always here."
Indeed, it is possible that strange humanoids are terrestrial (more precisely, underground or amphibious) creatures trying to exist peacefully with us. It is difficult to say whether they will succeed or not, given that in recent years, soldiers from the US military base in Camp Santiago, as well as representatives of NASA and other services, have frequently visited places where chupacabras are found, sometimes taking out some complicated equipment and many soldiers. What or who are they looking for there? None of the locals know this. But some of the military know that the Pentagon seems to be seriously engaged in the creation of the first of its kind special forces, which should entirely consist of soldiers with paranormal abilities - for far-sightedness, levitation and other psychic tricks. Well, having whole groups of far-sighted people is a forward-looking attitude,if it were not about people in military uniform …
However, we are distracted. We just have to bring together all this motley information and ask clever heads a few last questions.
How do the ancient dwarf builders (for example, the menechunes) relate to the current cave pinniped men? Is this their "second coming" to Earth (then why exactly now?) Or have they always been here, keeping the same "information bank", and we simply did not know them, did not notice?

Is it legitimate to associate the appearance of all these strange "fish-like" creatures and large-headed gray dwarfs with UFO arrivals? Are they brought here and taken away from here on "plates" or are they only somehow supported, used (say, for genetic experiments), and they live here permanently?

If you believe that I (or someone else) have HA ALL of THESE ready-made answers, then you simply belong to some unseen human species like "Homo optimisticus".
