The sensational discovery was made west of the port of Maputo in South America. Several years ago, the remains of a colossal settlement with a total area of 1,500 square kilometers were found there.
According to the data received from the researchers themselves, this is the oldest of the discovered settlements on all of our Earth, which is only a component of a metropolis of 10,000 square kilometers. The approximate age of the buildings dates back to 200,000 years BC.
This city is located far from all modern villages and towns. And local hunters did not attach any importance to the figures they came across in the fields so often. Indeed, according to legend, these ruins belong to the true owners of these lands.
Only many decades later, scientist Michael Tellinger, together with Johan Heine, after a long survey of the territory from a bird's eye view, decided to thoroughly study these ruins.
The photographs presented clearly demonstrate a whole storehouse of artifacts about which practically nothing is known.
An interesting fact is that around the discovered City of the Ancients is full of gold mines, which allows us to conclude that there are simply colossal volumes of extraction of this resource.

Now almost all buildings are in extremely poor condition, and their scale can only be imagined from a considerable height.
This discovery in the future will shed light on another dark page of our distant past. Perhaps, among the many ruins, there will be even more amazing artifacts that will radically change the whole understanding of the past, such as, for example, the fragments of ancient civilizations described in this article. Indeed, at the moment, large-scale expeditions are not even planned in this region of Africa.
