During the first six decades of the twentieth century, hundreds of thousands of Americans and countless people from other countries were not allowed to have offspring. Because of their "inappropriate" background, nationality, race or religion, they were forcibly sterilized, placed in psychiatric hospitals, where they died in large numbers, they were forbidden to marry, and sometimes government officials even dissolved their marriage. In America, this battle to exterminate entire ethnic groups was not fought by armies in arms or by vicious sectarians. This disastrous white-gloved war was fought by respected professors, elite universities, wealthy industrialists and government officials, all united in a racist pseudoscientific movement called eugenics. Their goal was to create a superior Nordic race.

To make this campaign eternal, the octopus of the fraudulent scientific community, with the help of nearly unlimited corporate resources, developed the biological rationale for the persecution. Using a mixture of guesswork, gossip, falsified information, and scientific exaggeration, the eugenic movement slowly built up a national bureaucratic and legal infrastructure to cleanse America of the "defective." To justify the imprisonment of a group of "imbeciles", special intelligence tests, colloquially known as IQ tests, were invented. Often the so-called imbeciles were simply shy, too good-natured to be taken seriously, spoke the wrong language, or were of the wrong skin color. Twenty-seven states have passed mandatory sterilization laws, designed to prevent “inferior” persons from reproducing a larger number of their own kind. Anti-marriage laws were passed across the country to stop race mixing. However, the conspiracy case went to the US Supreme Court, exposing eugenicists and their tactics.

Their goal was to immediately sterilize fourteen million people in the United States and millions more around the world - the “bottom tenth,” and then continually eradicate the remaining bottom tenth until only the pure superior Nordic race remained. Some 60,000 Americans are known to have been forcibly sterilized, and the total number of victims is likely much higher. Nobody knows how many marriages have been dissolved by government officials. While most of the persecution was pure racism, ethnic hatred, and academic snobbery, eugenics bore the mantle of respectable science, hiding its true nature.

The victims of eugenics were poor city dwellers and rural "white trash" from New England to California, immigrants from all over Europe, blacks, Jews, Mexicans, Native Americans, epileptics, alcoholics, petty criminals, the mentally ill, and everyone else who did not resemble blond and a blue-eyed Nordic ideal celebrated by the eugenic movement. Eugenics has defiled many other worthy social, health and educational initiatives, from the birth control movement to the development of psychology and urban sanitation. Psychologists persecuted their patients. Teachers stigmatized their students. Charitable associations demanded that those in need be sent to death chambers, which they hoped would be built. The immigration bureaus condoned the sending of those most in need for sterilization. Ophthalmology leaders have waged a long horrific political campaign to rally and forcibly sterilize every family member of every visually impaired American. All this raged across America long before the Third Reich arose in Germany.

The goal of eugenics was all of humanity, so its scope, of course, was global. American cultists from eugenics have spawned similar movements and practices throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Forced sterilization laws and regimes have become entrenched in every continent. Every indigenous eugenic ordinance from Virginia to Oregon has been promoted internationally as yet another precedent for the international movement to emulate. A tightly knit network of leading medical and eugenic journals, international meetings and conferences kept eugenics generals and soldiers up to date with the latest developments and armed them for their country's next legislative initiative.

Eventually the American eugenic movement spread to Germany, where it attracted the attention of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi movement. Under Hitler, eugenics went beyond the dreams of any American eugenicist. National Socialism transformed America's aspirations for a "superior Nordic race" into Hitler's aspirations for a "dominant Aryan race." The Nazis liked to say, "National Socialism is nothing more than applied biology," and in 1934, the Richmond Times-Dispatch quoted a prominent American eugenicist as saying, "The Germans are beating us at our own game."

Nazi eugenics quickly outpaced the American in speed and brutality. In the 1930s, Germany took the lead in the international movement. Hitler's Eugenics relied on brutal decrees, specially designed IBM computers, eugenic courts, mass sterilization factories, concentration camps, and violent anti-Semitism at a biological level. All of this enjoyed the open approval of leading American eugenicists and their institutions. When the United States entered the war in December 1941, the applause subsided, but not too eagerly. Then, out of sight of the whole world, German eugenicists ran the centers of destruction. Ultimately, Germany's eugenic madness led to the Holocaust, the extermination of the Roma, violence in Poland and the devastation of all of Europe.
