New Zealand's Trade Me website is for sale a painting that the New Zealand Herald reports has caused a number of paranormal activities in the home.
The painting, titled Soul Bowl, was previously acquired by its current owner at the Pauanui antique store and along with the painting, something sinister entered the house, which its owner calls a “shadow person”.
It all began with the fact that one night the painting fell off the wall by itself, although it seemed to be hung securely. Then it got worse. The painting hung in a room on the top floor of the house and one day, when no one was at home in any of the rooms, from the street they saw the dark silhouette of a man who crossed the room reflected in the windows.
After that there was another case when the owner of the house at night or in the evening looked out the window and it seemed to him as if his own shadow was reflected in a very eerie way on the path under the window, as if it were another person. His wife at this time was sleeping peacefully next to him and no one else could be there at that time.
After that, the owner felt too creepy to be in the same house with this painting and he decided to sell it, honestly warning about the anomalous essence of the work of art and recommending that those who are interested in anomalous phenomena purchase the painting.
The starting price for the painting is only $ 40 and the auction ends on January 19.
