Atlantis was east of the Gulf of Mexico …
We have already written about the drilling of the Chicxulub crater taking place in Mexico - the very one where the fatal asteroid fell 65 million years ago, presumably killing the dinosaurs (at least most of them) and forever changing the entire evolutionary history of the Earth. Scientists have already received interesting intermediate results, about how exactly the fall occurred, what consequences it caused, etc. But there is also something else: unexpectedly for the research itself, drilling in this crater confirmed that Atlantis and other sunken lands really existed before the Flood. And they occupied very vast spaces!
Not so long ago, we also talked about the ancient infrastructure of the Yucatan Peninsula, about roads, ruts that suddenly break off right on the coast, going under water, where they obviously had their land continuation. And these are not some "fantastic stories", but quite real facts - there are also pictures and data from earlier studies.
And now the data from the drilling of the Chicxulub crater arrived: the well showed that about 15-23 thousand years ago (and earlier) a huge part of the water area of the Gulf of Mexico was indeed land! And the Yucatan Peninsula itself, thus, was much larger. What local myths talked about - which, of course, were swept aside.
Meanwhile, scientists have received one hundred percent confirmation of this: the decomposition of carbonate occurs exclusively in the open air, on land.
And what today is the bottom 12-13 thousand years ago was dry land, where roads continued and there were human settlements. There is no fantasy in this, because oceanographers have proved that before the Flood, the ocean level was on average 114 meters lower than today - accordingly, there were much more land areas. Before a planetary catastrophe, accompanied by a shift of old poles, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis and global climate change.
Thirteen thousand years ago, to the east of the Gulf of Mexico was Atlantis, one of the centers of antediluvian civilization, and other (now extinct under water) lands in the Atlantic Ocean.
