The recent "Resurrection" of an Alabama boy is considered a miracle. The child woke up almost immediately after his parents signed papers on the removal of organs from him for donor purposes. And then the boy told about where he was and what he saw. This wonderful story is reported by the American media.
Two months ago, 13-year-old Trenton McKinley from Mobile was playing in his friend's yard. The boys were having fun with a mini-truck, to which an equally small but heavy trailer was attached. During the games, Trenton's buddy suddenly hit the brake and the trailer rolled over, hitting Trenton hard in the head.
“I fell on a concrete path and I remember being hit hard. I don't remember what happened next,”the boy said recently.
Trenton was rushed to the medical center and immediately sent to surgery. He had seven skull fractures. After the operations, the child was transported to a clinic in Birmingham, Alabama.
“I could only notice his body on the gurney. In the hospital, he died for 15 minutes and although he was resuscitated, I was told that he would never be the same again, "- says the boy's mother Jennifer Reindl, -" They said that his brain is already irretrievably damaged due to oxygen deprivation during time of clinical death."
Judging by the child's condition, the doctors seemed to be right. The boy did not come to his senses, was connected to a life support apparatus and there was barely a glimmer of life in him.

Therefore, the doctors soon turned to Trenton's mother and father with a difficult request to abandon the life support apparatus and sign papers on the removal of the boy's organs for donor purposes. Everyone believed that the child was just a “vegetable” and he was doomed. Trenton's parents signed all the necessary papers.
“Five sick children needed his organs and it would be unfair to torture him and yourself and keep him under the apparatus, when everyone thought that there was only his body, and the brain was dead,” says the boy's mother.
It was only a day before the life support was turned off, when Trenton suddenly showed a sharp improvement in his condition. The devices showed the presence of brain activity, and then the boy regained consciousness. It happened at the end of March. He woke up and immediately began to breathe on his own without an apparatus.
Now Trenton still has a long period of rehabilitation ahead of him, he suffers from headaches and frequent seizures. He underwent three brain surgeries and is awaiting another one to correct the shape of the injured skull.
However, Trenton is already feeling so good that he was able to talk about what he saw during his coma or during his clinical death.
“I was in a large open field and walked somewhere straight ahead. I have no other explanation besides God, there simply were no other ways. Even the doctors agree with me on this,”the boy said.
Trenton's recovery is slow and difficult. The boy lost a lot of weight, but did not lose his sense of humor. About his dent in his skull, he jokes that this is a great place to store sauce for chips or something else, because it will always be at hand.
Anyone who would have heard this boy's conversation would never have believed that he was considered a "vegetable" and they wanted to take him apart for organs.
