The difference in orientation of the position of the visible disk is obvious. How can this be explained? Let's take a look at the astronomical phenomena associated with the lunar orbit and its position.

There are two types of lunar precession - an orbital precession with a period of 8.85 years and a node precession with a period of 18.6 years.

Orbital precession of the Moon's rotation around the Earth. The main conclusion from this phenomenon: due to orbital precession every 18.6 years, the range of the Moon's declination reaches its maximum value. But this does not affect the rotation of the visible disk. This only affects declination, i.e. on the position of the Moon above the Earth's horizon.

The Earth's axis of rotation is inclined to the plane of the ecliptic (in which it revolves around the Sun) - by 23.44 degrees, and the plane of the Moon's orbit - by 5. Accordingly, depending on the current position of the Moon relative to the Earth, the inclination of the Moon's orbit to the Earth's equator periodically changes from 18.3 to 28.6 degrees (23.44 ± 5). Accordingly, the Moon "rises and sets" at different angles to the visible horizon and in different directions of the world.

It is the different angles of moonrises that can explain the oddities with the apparent "cranking" of the moon's disk. But you need to measure. Desirable with astronomical accuracy. Although, in the comments wrote that these "cranking" happened within a few days.

On the Internet, I did not find a word about the precession or nutation (oscillation) of the Moon's axis of rotation. Doesn't she have these phenomena in rotation? These phenomena are described only for the Earth! But the phenomena of precession and nutation can be responsible for such a different apparent position of the lunar disk at a full moon.
