On November 17, 2019, the British tabloid mirror.co.uk published a very interesting report on the ufological incident in Brazil, which put even UK ufologists on the ears.
Philip Mantle, former director of investigations at the British UFO Research Association, who now runs Flying Disk Press, commented on the news:
“We are all familiar with UFO sightings and collisions, such as the UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico, USA. Most of the UFO sightings we read about come from the UK or the US, however, there is one country that can shame most others when it comes to such encounters. This country looks like Brazil.
The story itself is 25 years old, since the incident occurred on October 1, 1995. However, the story about this was classified by the authorities, materials were seized from journalists and in the local newspaper, which was engaged in this, only a short note about the incident appeared, which can be considered a close contact of the second or even the third kind. The material, according to Mirror, is not only published in English for the first time, but in general was first published.
The story began when two fishermen, Fernando Becerra and Wilson da Silva Oliveira, gathered their nets on an island called Ilha do Mayor in the São Paulo region, Brazil.
And while the fishermen were busy catching, they suddenly saw a UFO in the form of a disk above them, which emitted a bright yellow light. There were several rotating lights at the bottom of the UFO.
At first, the fishermen thought it was a balloon, but when the object approached, the fishermen realized that it was something else and fell to the bottom of the boat in fear. Lying there, they tried to start the engine and get out of the area, but the engine, as is often the case when a UFO approaches, stalled and did not start after 10 attempts.

Meanwhile, the UFO circled over the water and landed on a small island. The device did not make any sound, and the light it emitted was so intense that the fishermen could see crabs crawling along the bottom. At the same time, the fishermen themselves felt unwell and experienced constant nausea, which lasted for several days. Then their eyes also ached for a long time.
When the object flew away, the engine immediately started up and the fishermen hastened to get out of the incident, where, moving away from what they saw, they returned only the next day. There they discovered the following:
The photo shows the UFO landing site. A circle with a diameter of five and a half meters. The vegetation in it is dried and coiled in a clockwise direction. When planting seeds in soil samples inside a circle that was driven out, the seeds germinated easily and ahead of time, but when planting seeds in soil samples taken nearby, but outside the circle, the seeds rotted or were attacked by fungi. This aspect of the experiment puzzled researchers.
The photo above is a trace from the landing supports of the vehicle. There were four supports in total, track size 10 x 15 cm, depth 1.50 cm into the soil. Based on their soil characteristics, each support exerted pressure on the ground with a force of 25 kilograms. In total, the device weighed 100 kilograms, which is unlikely for its size, therefore, most likely, in addition to the supports, the device also somehow supported its engine.
All this was recorded by local ufologists and journalists, whom the fishermen brought to the scene of the incident. They even tried to draw everything as best they could:
After 25-five years from the moment of the incident, it continues to have not only historical interest, since it allows you to get at least some hints of the nature of the UFO power plant, although it does not particularly clarify the problem of the presence of aliens on Earth. And yet they are here and, proceeding from this fact, in their assessments of various political and geopolitical events, this fact should be taken as a starting point.
