Let's try to figure out when and why the aging of the human soul and body occurs. Is it all the same for everyone?

Hardly. Some in 80 on roller skates cut through the park and do not stop rejoicing and dreaming, while others at 30 reason like ancient old people with dull eyes and look the same. How does this happen?

At first, a person has nothing and he acquires what is truly necessary, necessary for survival. Then, gradually overgrowing with a house, a dacha, a car, various implements, a person begins to engage only in servicing this accumulated, and does not live.

Plus, fatigue and a view of the world are added: "We all have already understood, seen, know, lived …" - and then immediately LOSS OF THE SENSE of life, which means its psychological end!

So old age has come … Even if this person is still only 35-40. They joke about such people: “He died at 30 - was buried at 80”.

2. Genetic limit + your lifestyle

If your ancestors are supposed to live for about 60-80 years, and you add here drinking, gluttony, negativity and smoking, you can shorten your life and full functioning by at least a third. Until the age of 21, you naturally grow and develop, and then, if nothing is done, you only collapse and degrade.

But if you get enough sleep, regularly play sports that improve your metabolism, you lengthen your life.

What can you do to stay young for long and productive years?

1. In things and savings: Get rid of unnecessary things and acquire meaningfully! Only what you really need, and not imposed by advertising.

2. In your soul and thoughts - put things in order and set yourself meaningful goals in all areas of life, and then go to them in small steps every day.

3. Take care of your health and take care of it: sleep properly, exercise, maintain your posture and good emotional mood!
