Since the 17th century, about 500 eyewitness accounts have collected about UFO sightings over Ukraine. Also, the archive of UFO visits includes secret data of the KGB, SBU, Hydrometeorological Center, media reports.
Judging by the map, the Luhansk region was visited by UFOs 19 times. In two cases (02 April 1990 and January 1983) contact of the third kind occurred. Contact of the third kind - an eyewitness meets an unfamiliar creature next to a UFO, while no one enters into communicative contact. In January 1983,KTR was recorded in the village of Metallist, located near Lugansk: “At the age of 11, we skipped lessons with a friend and went fishing for the whole day. The distance to the pond is about 10 km and the pond is located in the collective farm fields outside the city (according to the Stukalov Balka meta-map, near the village of Metallist). In the morning there was no bite, and at lunchtime a terrible thunderstorm broke out (many trees were broken), a heavy downpour. We waited out the rain (there was a concrete house next to the pond) and went home, biting zero and stomping for almost 2 hours. Let's go, and then a friend says: look, granny "nibbles" and laughs. I look as if something granny-like sits and looks like squatting, the distance was 30 meters from the “granny”. We come closer, and "granny" has zero attention to us. Sanya, my friend, does not calm down and teases "granny" - like old, they say, not only deaf,and also shameless (distance 5 meters), (I note that everything that happened was on a dirt road between 2 fields, and about 3 km to the highway (runs parallel to the fields) there is a wilderness). And then at the voice of Sanka, the “granny” turns her head (as in slow motion), it turns out that the one sitting was dressed in a black hoodie (like the Jesuit monks with a hood), and from under the hood two huge eyes were looking at us! (the time was about 17-18 hours) and suddenly the "babulence" suddenly unfolds and gives a fight. I must say, we were very surprised at the movements of this creature. It slid along the muddy road as if on ice, and the speed was decent. The two of us couldn't catch up to see what it was or who it was! Meanwhile, “granny” turned to the west (because there was a sunset and “she” was moving towards the sun, and the sun blinded our eyes without letting us see,where does the "grandma" run. Finally, we both lost our breath (well, run along the muddy road) and we stopped, but then an even more interesting event happened - the "sun" into the light that the "grandmother" was running suddenly lifted off the ground and almost instantly flew up. we saw a real sun in the west. We are two and cannot understand what it was. We decided to go to the place where the "granny" was digging to see if we could find something interesting. Indeed, they found … traces, and very unusual ones. Surely I saw a chemical protection suit and you know what chemical shoe covers are (if not, then these are boots made of rubberized fabric with wonderful soles like galoshes), and so the footprint was with a similar pattern, only the footprints were present on the footprints (ran barefoot?). where the "sun" took off,it was warm and smelled of ozone. We tried to separate a piece of wet earth with a trace in order to show it to our friends, but alas, we did not bring it home … the earth dried up and simply split in our hands.
The growth of the "granny" is 120-140 cm, the smell of ammonia, big eyes, as if with an orange glow, the mouth was not visible, as well as the whole face, too. The foot size is -38 or even 40, in general, almost 2 lengths of our feet fit into the footprint. The toes of the feet are three times longer than human ones (we put a slap of our footprint next to them), they have the likeness of claws (?).
The “Sun” was about 10 meters in size and was a bright orange hemisphere with a slice at the bottom (well, like the sun when it sets below the horizon). On takeoff, he screamed. It left behind a warm earth and the smell of ozone. No traces of the laid
ears were found in the field. The strangest thing is that while we were chasing the creature there was no fear (all the more so in the hands of each had a homemade fishing rod in the form of a drill with a fishing line). Fear came when they saw footprints. " April 2, 1990at 1.40 the head physician of the Luhansk 8th city hospital A. S. Pavlenko walked through the wasteland in the area of the Kropyvnytsky quarter. Suddenly, about 250 meters in front of him, an egg-shaped object appeared, glowing and shimmering with blue light: - It was about the size of a construction trailer, regular shape, hovering very low above the ground. From the space "egg" came 2 "people" (physique, proportions, like those of earthlings), somewhere under 3 meters in height. They looked at me, slowly walked around their apparatus, and disappeared into it. After that, the UFO seemed to disappear into thin air, - said an eyewitness.
The most recent UFO report is dated January 7, 2012. Anonymous sent a photo taken at about 4.30 pm in Lugansk. An unidentified flying object appeared over the monument to the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War (the "Monument to the Soldiers-Liberators" is located on Oboronnaya Street, near the bus station) against the background of the Moon.
- When viewing the finished photo on the display of a digital camera, I noticed an incomprehensible black dot against the background of the Lunar disk, although this object was not visible with the armed eye. Having copied the photo and enlarged it on his PC, the black dot turned into a pronounced UFO, - wrote the anonymous author.
