The device that prolongs youth was created by a skilled self-taught from the Churapchinsky region of Yakutia. According to the inventor, he has been developing the rejuvenating machine for more than 10 years, the operation of the device is based on electric waves, the prototype of which is lightning.
Nyurgun Filippov, a 39-year-old resident of Churapchi, worked as a medical technician and operator of a district television studio. He began to develop the apparatus of youth ten years ago. Lightning made him think about it.
“In my area there are places where plants glowed after a thunderstorm. This is due to the release of energy, which later spreads over the surface of the earth. The laws of physics and chemistry and this case laid the foundation for my experiment,”he told the YASIA correspondent.
The rejuvenating apparatus is created from parts from an old tube TV, voltage multipliers, capacitors. All this can be bought, but Nyurgun used the means at hand. The machine of youth works as follows: an apparatus, which is a high-voltage generator with a constant positive charge, is connected to a container with water and charcoal using stainless electrodes. To begin rejuvenation, you need to lower your feet into a basin of charcoal. According to the inventor, it is safe as the device stands on an isolated platform. It will take time to rejuvenate in this way - the process is not fast, the author of the invention admits.
“In order to rejuvenate, you need to sit for about 4-6 hours, even more. I tried it once, but I didn't feel much effect, apparently because I was still young. I think it will help older people. When I was working in a TV studio, I used a similar apparatus to relieve fatigue - it worked well. There is no need for that now,”comments Nyurgun. He believes that scientists need to study in more detail the principle of the apparatus and, possibly, use it to regenerate cells in people with blindness and deafness.
However, scientists have not yet shown an active interest in the invention. In 2016, journalists from Germany who were filming a film about Kolyma became interested in the creator of the youth apparatus. They learned about the Churapchin from the book of a Polish journalist, and filmed the development of the Yakut. The documentary has already been watched abroad (among the audience - German Chancellor Angela Merkel), whether it will be shown in Yakutia is unknown, Nyurgun has no connection with journalists.
Once a scientist from Krasnoyarsk contacted him, who sent the details to the Yakut and asked him to make the same apparatus, but the inventor has no time to work on this. Once Filippov showed his device at an exhibition, but did not notice much interest. He himself says that he is ready to share his knowledge and experience with everyone, but does not want to patent the invention, he says that in this case the apparatus and its properties will become inaccessible to the public.

“The energy generated by the apparatus can be used to restore ecology, accelerate plant growth, and increase animal life. I would like our scientists to use such a device for the good and open information to the whole world. I am open for communication with scientists, scientific institutes and centers,”he shared with YASIA. He talks about his method, which he called "lightning insulator", and other interesting natural phenomena on the channel of the same name on YouTube.
At the Institute of Physical and Technical Problems of the North of the SB RAS, where YSIA asked to comment on the development of a folk craftsman, they explained that devices for normalizing sleep and rejuvenation have been known in science for a long time, but now they are not widely used.
“Of course, such news inspires joy and hope, and everyone thinks that here it is - salvation from old age and death! Science is well aware of microwave effects, and even similar microwave devices of ultra-high frequency, which were actively and widely used in the USSR even for civilian purposes, not to mention a special purpose,”says Deputy Director of the Institute Valery Lepov.
As examples, he cited the devices "Ultraton", "Sleep" and others, which were once used to normalize sleep, regenerate tissues, relieve fatigue, and, to some extent, rejuvenate, athletes, special forces soldiers, intelligence officers. Developments in this area were also associated with the research of electronic intelligence, and, as a result, classified. Lepov called Filippov's method "original and peculiar".
“Such folk remedies have the right to life, since they do not violate anyone's rights. At the same time, the principle of operation of the apparatus is not yet clear. It is possible that the complex magnetic and electric microwave effect causes extensive local stress-changes in cells, and the body begins to intensively produce substances necessary for recovery, including hormones and stem cells. But this depletes the body's reserves, so caution is needed here. Another thing is that hardly anyone wants to sit in such a device for half a day, abandoning their usual life,”concluded Valery Lepov.
