Even in kindergarten, I had severe abdominal pain immediately after eating. It got to the point that every afternoon I had to lie on my back for several hours.

I was shown to doctors, but they did not find any diseases. Everyone around me got used to my peculiarity, and no one, except my mother, was no longer worried about this state of affairs.

As a result, my mother, leaving a prestigious job, got a job in the best children's medical republican center as a simple nurse. I was already in eighth grade then.

When I had another attack, my mother, using some of the privileges of a center worker, managed to get me out-patient examination without a queue. And it turned out that I needed an urgent operation.

On New Year's Eve, I was prescribed a number of additional tests. That morning was unusually quiet. Mom took me to donate blood. I entered the treatment room. The first thing I noticed was the unusually beautiful and kind eyes above the gauze bandage on the nurse's face.

“Don't be afraid,” I heard a quiet female voice.

I gave my hand, felt a small prick. The rest defies any explanation. Suddenly I saw what was happening from above. Next to my body lying on the floor, my mother was beating hysterically. Several people in white coats were scurrying around.

Suddenly I felt that I was flying along a long bright corridor towards a bright source of light. There was no wind, no speed, no gravity. The light did not at all resemble the sun, it had no source. But I clearly felt the warmth in the area of the sick stomach. And now it looked like the sun. I experienced unearthly bliss, calmness.

The pain in my elbow and the smell of ammonia brought me to consciousness. Frightened doctors crowded around. As it turned out, as soon as the nurse pricked me to take blood, I lost consciousness. Exactly two minutes I was missing not only consciousness, but also my pulse.

As further examinations showed, all the signs of a sinister illness disappeared from me. The pain didn't bother me anymore. Doctors just shrugged their shoulders - this does not happen! In the same year, I passed the strictest medical examination at the Suvorov School without any problems. Military medics have confirmed that I am completely healthy.

Until now, I am tormented by guessing how the illness that tormented me since childhood could have passed in those two minutes while I lay unconscious.

By the way, since that time I am terrified of the sight of my blood. I can even pass out when I see a drop of blood. Apparently, gaining health, I gave something in return.
