When Marika was born, many friends and even relatives turned away from the Abukarovs. They condemned that her parents did not leave her in the hospital. Marika, indeed, as an alien, tries to use human speech, although her physical characteristics are ill-equipped for this. But she works with speech therapists, she tries. Previously, she only screamed sounds, but now she began to pronounce syllables. The doctors admire the girl. They say that if there was a different character, with her illness, they would not have achieved anything in terms of development. And if he was born healthy, the child-genius would simply grow up.
