This 11-year-old student is aging more than five times faster than his peers
The skin becomes thinner, hair grows more slowly, and health problems, like a pensioner. All this was the result of a rare genetic disease.
Little Briton Harry Crowther has long suffered from such "senile" diseases as, for example, arthritis. He gets tired very quickly and takes pain relievers regularly. The boy had similar problems when he was a year old, the diagnosis was made only at the age of seven, and now Harry is more than five times older than his 11-year-old peers.
The boy suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Progeria or Hutchinson-Guildford Syndrome, in which the skin and internal organs undergo rapid premature aging.
Parents Harry Sherron and John Crowther know that their son's life will be very short, because today medicine does not know any cure for Progeria. The boy himself knows about this, but his life is an example of constant courage and courage, which is worth taking a closer look at for all adults.
Harry continues to go to school, from which he has very little chances (the oldest known progeria patient has lived to be 26). He constantly smiles, maintains the morale of his parents, brother and sister, he has many friends who sincerely love this guy.
