Then look at the sun through slightly lowered eyelashes. Also let your eyes get used to this dosage of light.

Then open your eyes and look at the sun with your eyes open until you feel discomfort in your eyes.

Now that your eyes are saturated with sunlight, turn away from the sun and cover your eyes with your palms so tightly that the light does not penetrate through your fingers.

The eyes are closed and the palms are not touching the surface of the eyes.

You will see a bright energy trace from the sun on your cornea. At first it will look incandescent white, then it will start to cool down and alternately change colors from white to dark red, then the trail will completely merge with black.

Look at a point 20 cm from your face, then at a point a few meters away from you. Alternate these two points in this way. In half a minute, eye strain will disappear!
