Having reached a certain age, every person on Earth thinks about how to prolong his youth and at the same time maintain good health. In this matter, not only nutrition is important, as many people think, but also the lifestyle in general. Only by completely changing your outlook on life, you can achieve success in prolonging your youth, maintaining mental and physical health.
There are plenty of examples in the world when people crossed the average life expectancy, while feeling great. They are happy to share their experiences, talk about their lives and how they managed to achieve such excellent results.
The largest number of centenarians live in Japan, Tibet, India and the Caucasus. But one of the brightest finds, little known to the world, was the Hunza tribe, living in the valley of the same name on the border of India and Pakistan. This area was called "an oasis of youth" for a reason, the locals were amazed by their appearance. Even being in old age, they looked young and practically did not know anything about diseases.
The appearance of this people is very similar to the European, they are far from civilization, and in order to get to them, you need to be a strong and resilient person. The Hunzakuts are a mountain people, for which India and Pakistan are constantly fighting. Russia has always kept aloof from this conflict, even the location of this people was erased from Soviet maps.
According to some reports, Hunza was rediscovered to the Western world after visiting hippies who traveled a lot in search of exotic things. They were also attracted here by the fields with Indian hemp, which the locals used not only as a smoking mixture, but also as the main seasoning for dishes of meat and soups. The main asset of the gardens in this area are apricots, which have an incredible taste. Now this place is often visited by tourists who love history, outdoor activities and rock climbing.
The true origin of this people is still a mystery, despite a number of available versions. They communicate here in their own language, Burushash, which is not similar to any of the languages known in the world. Locals profess Islam, but they have it special, without the usual calls to prayer. Prayer here is very personal for each person, so everyone has their own time for it.
Of particular interest is the way of life of this unique people, who do not know the disease and have lived for more than a hundred years. Hunzakuts throughout their life practice bathing in ice water, which does not stop even in 15-degree frosts. They take part in outdoor games up to a hundred years old, the appearance of forty-year-old women is comparable to the appearance of young girls, at 60 they can boast of their slim body, and at 65 they can easily give birth to a healthy child. In summer, their main diet consists of fresh vegetables and fruits, and in winter - of dried apricots, sprouted grains and sheep cheese. There is a period of "hungry spring" here, when the fruits have not yet ripened. Its duration varies from two weeks to four months. Observance of this fast is strictly required. At this time, local residents can only afford a decoction of apricots, and then they can only take it once a day.
Doctors studying local diets have noted strikingly low protein levels. The conclusion was that it is the local diet that gives these people the opportunity to live for more than a hundred years.

If a person eats incorrectly, then it makes no sense to seek salvation from emerging diseases in the mountain air. A clear confirmation of this is the people neighboring with the hanzakuts, whose life expectancy is two times less due to various diseases.
Basic rules of nutrition for people who do not know disease:
• vegetarianism;
• most of the food we eat is raw;
• the bulk of the diet consists of fruits and vegetables;
• rare use of alcohol and delicacies;
• little salt;
• products do not undergo any chemical treatments and are eaten in their natural form;
• regular fasting.
Despite the presence of other factors favorable for longevity, it is nutrition that is crucial.
The average life expectancy of the Hunza people is 120 years and, in comparison with European countries, this figure is twice as high.
Another sensational statement was made by physicians who studied these people. According to them, there is not a single person with cancer among the hunzakuts. This is the only people who have not been touched by this terrible disease.
Despite their age, the inhabitants of Hunza retain their common sense and clarity of mind, which, in principle, is difficult to imagine in a person of about 150 years old. But for hunzakuts, this is considered the norm. Moreover, they believe that everyone can live this way, observing some rules:
1. Physical labor and constant movement. Hunzakuts can easily walk 100 kilometers, 200 kilometers, climb a steep mountain to convey important news and come back in a great mood.
2. Cheerfulness. The faces of this people are always adorned with smiles, even if they are cold and hungry.
3. Resistance to stress. In any situation, the inhabitants of Hunza remain calm and not nervous, they simply cannot be unbalanced. They always communicate with each other calmly and never sort things out in a quarrel. They are patient, even when they are in severe physical pain.
They just live and happily meet every new day, without wasting themselves on negative thoughts and emotions. They observe not only the purity and health of their bodies, but also their thoughts, emotions, actions. They do not make a cult of food, and at the same time, they carefully monitor what they eat. They do not envy anyone and bring up their children in love and tranquility.
You can write a lot about these unique people, they can be used as an example, they deserve it. Nature thanks them and does not send them trials in the form of diseases. And the correctness of their lifestyle, nutrition and thinking has been proven for centuries.
